Average hotel in Nablus: Benefits that are: 1) The hotel owner's attitude is very kind and willing to help considerably. 2) The hotel is located in the heart of Nablus, next to the markets. 3) Fair and very acceptable price. 4) A satisfying breakfast. 5) Very efficient air conditioner. 6) The size of the rooms. (We took two open rooms). Weaknesses: 1) Very old hotel. 2) Very bad smell in the rooms. 3) Basic cleaning only. (We found a place message without thorough cleaning). 4) No view at all. (The view was a close building - horror). 5) There is no parking for the hotel, we parked on the road opposite the hotel. Total, not bad, but also not the best. We were happy to meet the hotel owner, but unfortunately next time I will look for another hotel with a more enjoyable and enjoyable experience.

This hotel is absolutely despicable. We came in to clearly dusty sheets, the tablecloth was used, couches with sesame seeds, and a bathroom door that doesn’t even work well. I went with my three friends as we had a conference in Bethlehem, and we were truly appalled. The kettle was rusty and disgusting, the shower isn’t even normal enough to be called a shower, the sink was so tiny and whenever we’d try to wash our faces, we’d spill water everywhere. The fridge smelled as if a something was dead inside. We had to bring our own soap since theirs made our skin peel off. Then for breakfast, the whole hotel would just stink when it was made. It tasted as bad as it smelled. The only good thing about this hotel was the view, wouldn’t recommend to anyone whatsoever.

Very nice place, clean and Good service. Close to amenities, walking distance to the nativity church. Reasonable price. Looking forward to go back there again hopefully in Christmas. Strongly recommended ! Thank you Bestlehem for good care of us ✌?

Excellent location close to the main sites of Bethlehem. Amazing luxury at a very reasonable price. You get a full apartment including lounge area, kitchenette and en-suite bathroom. Very helpful and friendly manager. Highly recommended!

We had planned to camp in the area but the site we wanted was really packed. We saw online that yechiam has a campsite. When we arrived it was closed and they said they wouldn't open it for just one family. We went to the guest house to see if they had a room free but they were fully booked. With four tired kids they were really nice and for a reduced rate gave us an empty apartment to use, including breakfast. The staff were more than accommodating and gave us everything and anything we needed. Breakfast was nice and simple. We didn't see the regular rooms or go to the pool but just the way the staff treated us, especially as we weren't pre booked guests, left a lasting impression.

Worst experience ever. Our room was not a suite by any stretch of your imagination. It was tiny. Two twin beds almost completed the room. There was not even room for a small chair. The hotel appears to be converted apartments designed and constructed for another purpose. Only two bath towels were provided; no hand towels and no wash cloths. During our several nights stay, internet service was horrible. We must have complained 20 or more times. Service was constantly dropping off line. But that's not the worst thing that happened. We awoke one morning to no hot water. We had appointments that morning so we went to them without showering. When we returned later in the day we were told that the problem would not be repaired until the next day. So we finished the day without showering. We had appointments again the next day so we had to again go without showering. When we returned that afternoon we were dying to shower, but, you guessed it, STILL NO HOT WATER. Finally, later in the evening the problem was solved, and hot water flowed again. Although the reception desk staff tried to be helpful, their hands were tied and provided little assistance. We should have received some compensation for this situation, but my partner who is Arabic did not want to ask. In the US, poor service such as we received here and the lack of a basic service such as hot water would demand at least a partial refund, but different cultures are not as concerned about satisfied guests. I must say that I was very unhappy with the entire experience. Thankfully, we checked out the next day. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.
