Our property has 9 villas, and 2 pools.1 pool for adults, and 1 children's pool. Each villa is made up of 2 floors, and each one features 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a living room, a dining room, and a kitchen. In the master bedroom there is 1 King size bed, the second bedroom has 2 twin size beds, and the third bedroom has 1 queen size bed. The 3 bedrooms are located on the top floor (second floor). The main room with 1 king size bed has its own private bathroom, and the other 2 rooms share a bathroom. The rooms have central air conditioning and the master control is located in the main room. On the ground floor we have the living room, dining room and kitchen. On this floor we have a ceiling fan and a half bath (a toilet).
I received a quote from Bahia Del Sol Villas & Condominiums through Expedia for a group of 30 graduate students. They were 1 of 2 locations to respond to our quote. It is tough to find a large occupancy location for a group of 30 people on only 2 months notice but Bahia del Sol was there to save me (as the trip planner). Communications with Mariela at the office was very personalized. She handled all our booking information, questions, and helped us book restaurants and excursions for our group prior to our stay, which is helpful given challenges in international communication and myself not fully understanding the local businesses in the area. We communicated via WhatsApp and it was very easy to ask questions this way. We stayed in 6 of the 9 villas they have available and all 6 were located together in one part of property. They had patios, terraces in the master bedroom, and some had nice views of the SJDS bay. Air conditioning is available in the rooms which was nice and kept them cool, but the downstairs kitchen and common area can get quite hot even with the ceiling fan. Like many central american hotels, we noticed lots of ants around entryways. The villas are close enough to walk to the city (~20 minutes) but it is through muddy, unpaved streets in a residential area. After a couple of days there we felt safe walking through this area during the daytime but it may seem a little daunting or uncomfortable the first time or alone as you'll be passed by lots of locals in trucks and bikes who may give you a glance as they go about their way. Note that the pedestrian bridge that connects this residential area to the north side of SJDS town is no longer there and the way to the town is blocked by water during high tide. A resident may be ferrying people with a boat (pulling the boat by hand along a rope) across the 50 foot waterway (it's more like crossing a stream). During low tide, you can enter the town by walking over the beach as the stream is subsided. Don't feel like doing this? Arrange for taxi or try for an uber. Lastly, the villas has a security guard at night who watches the property. Reception staff speak good english or will find someone who does. Anything you want or need, they can hook you up. Overall, the villas suited our needs by offering large, safe, air-conditioned accommodation near town at inexpensive price point.

Our Casa brenes consists in 12 rooms, 2 with private bathroom and 10 with shared bathroom with another room, it has kitchen, social area where we put at your disposal our products and services but also human warmth. We also have available apartments that have a different concept , cozy atmosphere, typical of the Nicaraguan family. Strategically located in the heart of Matagalpa for all your activities during your stay . Services available: Hot water Private bathrooms Laundry and / or ironing Private parking lot Refrigerator and Microwave Glassware Cleaning Service Free WIFI Cable TV.
This hostel is centrally located in busy Matagalpa. The hostess was very efficient and business-like, and responded to our requests immediately. However, some of these requests seem like they should not have needed to be made including - turning the water on so the toilet could be flushed, and adjusting the water heater so we could have a hot shower. A request not made but would have added to our comfort would have been a blanket in the room. It was the middle of the night before we realized this was needed. Even in July, the weight of a blanket rather than just a sheet would have been appreciated.

Great hotel, online minor is That it is located on a verg busy road. Stil really worth it, beautiful rooms and a Nice small pool. Good place to end your holiday! Probably the best view in Managua. Rooms are really big and beautiful with a kitchen. fast internet. Staff doesn't sprak English which is kind of weird for a hotel with this standaard. 40 minutes from the AirPort but That is bedauwd of the traffic. As I said, Nice to end your holiday in style

Great location, just a couple of blocks from parque centrale and directly beside a funky outdoor restaurant serving amazing Nicaraguan and Venezuelan food. The hotel serves a really nice breakfast too, included in the price of the room. The pool could have been cleaner and the bed needed better pillows, but otherwise this is a lovely place. Our room was clean, cool (A/C in the room), and super spacious (like an apartment). The staff were also really nice and always on site in the lobby or courtyard.

We had a lovely time at Finca ometepe. We were well taken care of and the place is just beautiful! Flowers and birds all around and cute baby goats. You find nice resturants nearby. We really recommend this place and Ometepe is a wonderful island to explore!

Hotel Villa Isabella, a bed and breakfast boutique hotel, is dedicated to your full enjoyment of San Juan del Sur and the surrounding Pacific Coast paradise. Our attention to detail and personal service frees you to focus on your stay, either for business or pleasure. A full to order breakfast is complementary and the coffee and tea are always ready.
This hotel is a long-time favorite of mine when in San Juan del Sur. Jane, who runs the library in town, is a wonderful hostess and she made sure her wonderful staff stayed employed during the difficult times of 2018, I just stayed recently and saw some nice renovations in decor and the same great service as when I last visited in 2016. I recommend your support of this fine hotel.

Sirena was an absolutely fantastic place to stay - for the weary traveller, it felt like a five star hotel with all the amenities you could need to cook your own food! From the bathroom to the beds, you won't regret a stay here :) the location is also UNBELIEVABLY close to beginner's bay, we could walk there every morning (not a bad walk along the beach either) in 5 mins! Couldn't recommend Sirena more :)
