Metropolitan Manila encompasses six cities and 12 towns. Located on Manila Bay in the South China Sea, and bisected by the Pasig River, the capital of the Philippines is historic and modern, rich and poor. A popular sight is the walled area called Intramuros. The capital during Spanish colonization, Intramuros has retained old dungeons and gunpowder rooms but added art galleries and theaters. The city is filled with museums, shops, parks and churches, plus enough nightlife to last until dawn.

1775 Adriatico Suites - The Hidden Oasis of Manila offers unique, cozy, and comfortable accommodation choices in the heart of Manila. Take a dip in our glow in the dark swimming pool, and indulge yourself in our beautifully designed Serviced Apartments and Bed and Breakfast rooms.
Not as advertised. Small dingy back alley. To be avoided at all costs. They took a copy of my passport before I saw the room. Left immediately. Even taxi driver could not find the place, and stayed in his cab,

Rooms are well maintained and clean. Pool is ok but covered. Gym basic. The price is good and the location is very convenient. Don’t expect much because the price is not too much either . Nearby you have Greenbelt.

Stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights for the 2-day board exam that was held in a school nearby. We had no idea that the “condormitel” is located inside the Malacañang compound. We booked the standard room through Agoda (total around 1,200 per night). No response through email-better to contact property through landline/mobile. Parking does not come with the reservation - 100php/day = 300php for our 3days 2 nights stay. Beware of the built cabinets, made our clothes stink a little after storing them overnight. The guards there are even more accommodating than the receptionist.

It is located in the heart of Malate, close to almost everything you need. Just a 15 minute leisurely walk away is the Robinsons Place Shopping Mall, where you can do your shopping and dining. It provides furnished units.
First, its strategic location is definitely a plus for people wanting to stay in an affordable accomodation. Another Pros, price is lower compared to other short term stays. Cons, its very near to a street where big trailers and trucks pass by so definitely a minus if youre wanting a quiet place.During my first stay last April 27 to May 2 ,the first major complaint is the dirty linens.Yes ,they don not replace linens.Thr same.problem i encountered during my next stay last May 7-14..Linens are dirty with blood stains underneath, and sadly exhaust fan doesn't work at the CR. I did request for change in linens and guess what, they replace it with a gray colored linen, unwashed and used..Crazy

One of our top picks in Manila.Facing Robinsons Place Mall along Pedro Gil Street, JMM Grand Suites is just a 5-minute walk from Manila Bay. It houses an indoor swimming pool, a gym, a sauna and a cafeteria. WiFi and parking are complimentary. Fitted with a balcony, rooms, suites and apartments are air-conditioned and feature marble flooring. They offer a flat-screen TV with cable channels, a personal safe and an en suite bathroom with hot water supply and a hairdryer. A fridge is also provided. International delights are served at JMM Cafeteria, with the option of room service. JMM operates a 24-hour front desk. It offers assistance with baggage storage, laundry and dry cleaning services. The property is a 30-minute drive from Ninoy Aquino International Airport. Couples particularly like the location — they rated it 8.0 for a two-person trip. We speak your language!
Booked to stay here via Agoda, this was a prepaid, non refundable booking. I was then turned away at check in, I expect they double sell rooms and didn’t even have a room available. I have enquired about getting my money back but to no avail so far.. Avoid this place.

Old building, old appartment, old stuff. We stayed in a one bedroom appartment, extra bed in the living room. For 2 adults and 2 childeren it was ok for 2 nights. The pictures on the web are not really corresponding to reality. This is not a hotel. Friendly helpfull people, but no charm at all. Old airco´s, old kitchen, old lift (only one working).... I was charged 1000PHP extra for early check in, however the room was available. Price quality better off to rent 2 connecting rooms in a 4/5 star hotel

It has kitchenette but cutleries plates provided only one so bring your own. Bathroom need to be cleaned properly but hot water was good! First impression walking towards room was not good there is a glass louvre windows and grilled for safety that didn’t feel so safe and private... weird. but it was actually quiet- at night. Good tv reception and wifi in rooms. It’s OK if you are not fussy. There’s a security guard at main entrance. Front desk very helpful. Ancient aircon but works ... we had street side view at least it has big windows ask for a room with windows. Bed is good enough.

From the moment I met Pascal the owner of Baywatch Tower Studio room 1703 I was made to feel welcome and relaxed, Pascal has a wonderful and welcoming personality and the check in is fast and easy. Pascal is very inviting and takes time to explain everything and gives great information about all the facilities of Baywatch tower and points of interest in the surrounding areas, Pascal is the host with the most and he is so accommodating. The studio room I booked from Pascal was room 1703, it may not be 5 star but it is extremely clean, well maintained and has all the comforts of home. you have all the facilities for cooking if you wish and the View from the Balcony is truly stunning at sunset. Pascal and his accommodation rooms at Baywatch Tower are a great place to stay and I am 1 person who will return and I hope to enjoy another bucket of beer with Pascal. If you want a fuss free, safe, well maintained and very clean place to stay in Malate Manila then I highly recommend that you contact Pascal at Baywatch Tower and you won't be dis-appointed. Thank you Pascal for making my stay so great.
