This is a great hotel for business purposes. Very close to key places and restaurants in Makati. The hotel receptionists and staff were extremely nice and accommodating. This will probably be my go-to hotel incase I might need to do business again in Makati.

24 storey, full service condominium hotel featuring standard, superior , 1 bedroom & 2 bedroom suites. All rooms are equipped with complete living, dining and kitchen facilities.
I was supposed to check if they still have available room tonight but to my surprise, the reception has NO STAFF ON DUTY but the lights are open. What kind of hotel is this?!! Lights are open but no one was tasked to be on duty? ADVERTISING AND TELLING GUESTS THAT THEY ARE OPEN 24 HOURS YET NO ONE CAN ACCOMMODATE ME DURING THIS TIME!!!! I even called earlier to ask if they are open 24 hours and they answered yes but no one welcomed me when I went there!!!! Are you guys playing games with your guests?! You just wasted my time!!!!!!!

This is hands down the worst place I have ever been to. It was cheap so we thought it would be okay for one night. When we checked in and saw the room, we saw that everything was very dirty and old. The air conditioning didn't work. There was no available wifi. When we opened the bathroom door, we saw three cockroaches. We then sat down on the bed, and quickly saw that there were also cockroaches walking on the bed. We immediately got downstairs and checked out. When we spoke to someone from the hotel later on, he asked us for 'proof' that we of course did not have since we left running.

The host and her team accomodated us even if we had a last minute booking. Everything was complete without any hassle. We really enjoyed our stayed in their unit in SM Jazz. We'll book again if we have another trip. God bless you and your team ma'am!

Very rude security personnel. Never have I experienced anything like this even in 5-star hotels! Sagad sa bastos. I already read about it at Trip Advisor to stay away from this place if you are doing a stay-cation. Only 2 person per unit is allowed to swim, so instead of me canceling my reservation, I opted to book at Ascot instead, then I talked to the owner via airbnb to let my nieces stay instead. They came there right after our family Christmas party around 12 midnight (they're 3 young ladies and a sleepy five-year old child in tow), one guard let them in because there was an authorization letter from the owner but the other guard who took over won't let them in. That's understandable but how he spoke to them, and I even heard it over the phone when I asked to speak to him, the tone was so rude he said in a very condescending manner that he didn't need to speak to me because he would say exactly the same thing. I had to call the owner at midnight who called them, and finally he allowed to let them in but he just won't let it go without insulting my nieces that they might be bringing others too! I'm warning other property investors to not invest in this place or any place built by SM, they say their the good guys in their ad, but the people they hire, make them the bad guys!

Worst hotel experience. I've made a reservation 6 days prior to my stay only to end up losing the slot. Considering that everything was paid in advance, I didn't get the security. It has inconvenienced me big time. The reception offered a room for my stay. And since I was too tired after a long day, I yielded. Only to be dismayed once again, the room was poorly maintained with broken AC, defective phone, NO TV, NO curtains ... Horrible! This isn't what I have paid for. Called reception but even their lines are disconnected. Went straight to the lobby only to be informed that there's no officer in charge and that decisions are made by whoever staff is present. That time, by a room attendant. Unbelievable. As they noticed my extreme displeasure, they transferred me to a small room to cut me some slack. I paid for a bigger room good for two by the way. And oh man, they unapologetically refused to offer any refund. Not suggesting this place at all.

Ideal stay option for Family Vacations, Couples and Solo Travellers.
Never book here. Why? My girlfriend and I booked a hotel room for two weeks there for her COVID quarantine. They claim they are on the accredited government list for an approved space for the mandatory two week quarantine, but when my girlfriend got to the airport they are clearly not as the government official refused to let her go to the hotel since it isn't on the revised list for hotels accredited for visitors coming from countries with the new virus strain. Since this wasn't our fault, we expected a full refund. They refused to do the refund and kept 100% of her money despite staying zero out of 14 nights there when contacted by the Booking rep. They kept the money under fraudulent terms. I should note we have contacted them through their official website, Facebook, Twitter, and have not heard a response from any of these platforms. We are reporting them to DTI on Monday.

We booked in this place via booking.com because need a place to stay before we arrive Manila. I describe the place to be for transcient or short stay. Nothing special in the place, it is good for overnight or for anyone who wants to freshen up. Of course the place is not expensive, its a budget hotel. The breakfast was good, and the staff was friendly. Its about 5 to 6 blocks going to Greenbelt 1.
