Reviewed By quentino822Would not recommend the breakfast because Nina will charge you a lot more for having a coffee at the bar by the Gate... It would be more fair to actually tell people to go the bar for coffe and a pastry, rathen than charge it a lot more than what it costs. Other than that bed is fine. we slept OK but been woken up at 7am by the alarm from the school across the street. Shower and toilet are across the room. Not much space in there, Let's say you could brush your teeth while you seat on the throne. Window by the shower don't really close, making the room a little less sound proof and cooling the shower. We didnt have the little biscuit that are said to be there.

Great location in a beautiful city

It's really nice hotel (sure has good location, between train station and old center, just few minutes walk), although it has some annoying little flaws. First, no wifi, which could be a problem if you want to check sth or just check your e-mails. Second, my bathroom was outside of room (ok, not really a flaw, but it can be annoying to go out, lock your room, open bathroo, lock it again etc). Breakfast is nice, italian style, but all looks supermarket bought. Coffee machine in kitchen (which is super small by the way). Generally really a good option for a stay in Lecce.

Reviewed By tim mGreat location right on the piazza. Rooms were spacious, clean and modern. Franzi was a good host and very welcoming. Breakfast was basic but good, but ready to give an extra 30 minutes for it to arrive from the time you request?.....would definitely recommend.

Reviewed By Rosanne LThe "apartment" is a room inside what used to be an apartment. Renovations are somewhat basic & possibly not entirely complete. Location genuinely cannot be better but no amenities except bottle of hand soap in bathroom. No where to even hang a towel! It may not be very significant but only elevator is minuscule & we had someone in a wheelchair which no one seemed aware of despite my having indicated it quite clearly. Perhaps language barrier was an issue.

Reviewed By Bushra18Great for families but it's full of beach sheds and feels like a butlins but the staff were very sweet and helpful and didn't charge us despite being closed for the season. The beach is clean and well kept.

Gli appartamenti sono ben arredati e molto ampi e confortevoli. Molto buono il rapporto qualità-prezzo. Ci torneremo molto volentieri. Consigliatissimo.

Great room, service, location
Reviewed By AshaKoshI stayed here for 4 weeks while taking an Italian class. I stayed in the Primativo apartment but I looked at the other rooms and they were just as good. Rooms were very clean and comfortable- especially the bathrooms which is always my biggest concern. The proprietors Roberto and Stephanie were so kind and very responsive to all my requests. They helped me with everything from getting transportation to the airport, to restaurant recommendations, to inviting me to an Italian yoga class to letting me know if the taxi overcharged me. They were just so open and so helpful. The rooms also have a hairdryer and fridge which isn’t clear from the description but I mention them because they would allow you to avoid packing a hairdryer and grocery store is just a 5-10 min walk so you can store food and cook in the kitchen as you please. There’s also a sink to wash clothes and a laundromat just a block away that will wash and fold clothes for you. They also clean the rooms once a week. So basically you have everything you need plus the center of the city is just across the street. 100% recommend staying here.

Reviewed By 930mariposaL'ubicazione del B&B è a 30 minuti a piedi dal centro storico di Lecce ma se volete visitare le spiagge è molto vicino alla superstrada. Gli interni sono un po' datati ma la signora è gentilissima e pronta per qualsiasi esigenza. La colazione, soprattutto per norme igieniche, è con cose confezionate ma abbiamo sempre avuto latte fresco e caffè a nostra disposizione. Le camere pulite e anche i bagni. Il terrazzo poi è la chicca, troppo bello per l'estate.

Reviewed By Leo LIn het centrum van de oude stad Lecce ligt dit ruime appartement (kamer, 2 slaapkamers, keuken en badkamer). Het is een sfeervol, schoon en gezellig appartement. Rondom vele bezienswaardigheden en gezellige cafe's en restaurants.
