A social and geographic confluence where East and West, North and South, religious and secular, ancient and modern all converge in kaleidoscopic display, Istanbul is as vibrant an urban destination as you’ll ever visit on earth. Whatever strikes your fancy, chances are it’s done with vigor in this mega city that’s too expansive – and cultured – to settle upon only one continent to call its home.

There was so much about this little hotel that was great - the host Enis was so helpful and easy to contact before I arrived, he gave great tips for my stay in Istanbul & even had a transport card I could use. The room was lovely, small but so comfortable & everything I needed. It was clean & the bed comfy. I loved the location also - some great vibes & seemed like lots of locals but not too far from the tourist spots. Some great cafes & bars & restaurants in the area. Highly recommend.

Luxurious hospitality experience, at the heart of Istanbul.
We had a such great experience to stay in Louis Appartements. The location is great, the staff are even greater and very helpful. They helped us everything from our luggage delivery (unfortunately our luggage missed the flight) timely to how to take the public transportation, taxi reservation etc. We strongly recommend it if you go to Istanbul.

Really enjoyed our stay at Nuru Ziya Suites. We were in a suite on the 3rd floor overlooking the street. We were high enough up to minimise any street noise from the quietish little street below. This place is literally a stones throw from the ‘buzzing’ Istiklal Street and there is a lovely little coffee house near the top of the street where we started our day every morning. The staff are very friendly, the room was nice and kept spotlessly clean. Water pressure in the shower and sinks is good. The finishings are getting a bit tired and broken here and there, the aircon was a bit weak but otherwise the room was perfectly serviceable and most importantly clean. I have paid a lot more money to stay in places where I’ve had to endure the smell of drains/sewage. I would say that the suite we stayed in was good value for money. If you’re main focus is Istiklal and Galata areas then this is an ideal place to stay. We spent most of our time on the other side of the Galata Bridge, which made for a lot of tough hill climbing to get back to our suite but it is do-able if you are reasonably fit. Overall, decent place and worth a stay.

In a renovated building, Hammamhane is just a quarter mile from the lively Istiklal Avenue. The property has spacious suites with a private kitchen and free Wi-Fi. Featuring cork parquet floors and high ceilings, the suites at the Hammamhane are tastefully decorated with modern furnishings. Each unit includes air conditioning, floor heating system and a flat-screen TV. The kitchens come equipped with kitchenware. A washing machine is available. There is also a terrace in some suites. Secure parking is available for our guests without a surcharge. In the heart of Cukurcuma, Hammamhane is witihin walking distance of the art galleries, design stores, antique shops, chic restaurants and cafes. Based on Orhan Pamuk's famous novel, the Museum of Innocence is 156 m from the property and the iconic Galata Tower is just under 1.6 km away. Taksim Square is a 10-minute walk away and Istanbul new Airport is within 45 km of the property.
Where do I begin? This was one of my best stays in Istanbul. I was staying here for 9 nights. Everything was amazing with this place - the communication, the location, the hotel transfer, the breakfast. The room was immaculate. I simply cannot say more positive things about this place and the kindness and caring of the staff. Loved the breakfast and the kind ladies who was preparing it every morning. The place was very convenient and safe as well. I will definitely be back and recommend my friends.

Here's a list of why: Reception staff do not even give eye contact, with masks on you can't even tell if he is giving you his attention or busy doing his/her thing. No AC, the heater is on the whole time so either turn off the heater or open windows in a really noisy area . and you cannot change your clothes in the room because you need to keep the curtens open so you can have a breath in the room . beds are very very un comfortable at all and its not straight at all so you feel that you are falling on the sides of the bed pellows are very bad and seems like they washed them in the washing machine so it turned on like a bunch of cotton balls which causes you a neck pain . shelf looks dirty as alot of marking. toilet is a different story , the door handle came off while closing the door so you cannot close the door

I spent a night at the hotel, and what an amazing place to stay it is! The room, it was a penthouse, was extremely clean, quiet and cozy, the bed was very comfortable and the view was wonderful. They also serve great breakfast. But the best thing about the hotel is the staff—unfailingly friendly and helpful. The only bad thing was that I couldn’t stay longer. One of the best hotels I’ve ever been.

This hotel gives you an authentic vibe. It is small so it’s more intimate than a large hotel. It is walking distance to the two famous mosques and is also right next to great restaurants and souvenir shops. My family and I are all about experiencing the local world while traveling rather than just being tourists and you most definitely get that feeling with this hotel and its surrounding areas. The staff are some of the friendliest and most helpful around, this is a big one for us because they also didn’t try to over charge for anything we asked for. This one was a hotel we found by chance and it wasn’t even mentioned anywhere online to book. I would recommend checking this place out for sure.
