Thanks to its magnificent location, the Pas de la Casa Princesa apartment complex offers splendid views of the valley. It consists of 3 buildings of 6 floors that house comfortable flats with modern decoration that will offer you the maximum warmth to rest and share unforgettable moments with your family or friends. Are you a fan of the peaks? All you have to do is put on your skis and hit the slopes or take the first ski lifts, 200 m from the apartment complex. You'll be in no time at all in Grandvalira, the largest ski resort in southern Europe: 210 km of slopes, 3 snowparks and a freestyle school, etc. If you prefer après-ski activities, don't miss the beautiful snowshoeing and snowmobile rides! The resort is guaranteed optimal snow all season long. The Principality of Andorra is also a dream destination for shopaholics. Its many shops and shopping centres await you with open arms. To make it easier for you to get around, the Skiset shop offers a free shuttle service (return trip) from the reception of your apartment complex to the shop where you can hire your ski equipment.
We had a studio for 4 people but really it was only suitable for 2 adults and maybe a small child. The pillows were really poor and when we asked for more we were refused. We were there for skiing and the ski in/out was very handy it did take some effort as the track was not signposted. The lockers were not heated. There was no hooks at all in the room for hanging ski jackets etc. The soundproofing was none existent and our floor was just above the basement and we found it cold. The heaters had to be manually turned on but did turn off by themselves. We had previously stayed in P& V apartments in El Tarter and they were to a much higher standard (we didn't think about pillows or heating)although there was no ski in/out.

Cosy and warm apartment in front of the slope. Silence at night but you can find plenty of restaurants there. No need of the car to move around. The slope was awsome, the snow was sublime. we spend a good time there, highly recommended

We also have apartments and studios for disabled, all located in the Pas de la Casa. In winter, enjoy snow sports, while in summer you leisure activities.
Noisy rooms, people do not care about others! Power out in our room for 2+ hours and no one came to fix it! Had to move rooms on second night due to noise! Members of staff do not care to help you when your in need! Avoid this place at all costs!!! Party's ongoing on balcony whilst you try to sleep! Family's take ski boots and skis into rooms which make an absolute noise as walls are so thin! Every room is supplied with a ski locker for boots and skis and no one uses them! When you ask the reception to do something about this they just glare at you! Walls are so thin you can hear people at the toilet!!! I will never stay here again!!!

Apartments La Solana are located just 100 metres from the cable-car [FUNICAMP], direct to the slopes at GRANDVALIRA. Lying at the heart of the Principality and only 4 km from Andorra's capital, this is the ideal establishment for skiing in any of the five resorts in Andorra, Apartaments 2 - 6 persons
Since we arrived we had a terrible experience. No welcome staff , your keys in a letter. Lift was out of service without any information given , we were in the fifth floor. I've seen a cockroaches in the bath. HDMI was locked on the TV so we could not see a portable device with our own movies. In our room a single peace of paper saying to call reception press 9, once we tried was actually calling an emergency number from Andorra . Literally a chaos , worse experience we have ever had . We stayed for longer in Andorra but we have changed hotel after first night. Terrible.

80 studios and apartments for 2 to 8 persons located at 180m from the slopes (Granvalira) and 400m from the village centre. Open only in winter season. A popular choice with young skiers, families and boarders wanting to be close the slopes and the resort’s amenities.
We were on a snowboarding trip and stayed here for 7 nights. When we arrived at 10 p.m the room was dark and cold because the radiators and lights weren’t working. After 4 new lightbulbs and an hour of waiting the staff got the radiators and lights to work. At that time we didn’t yet notice the mold because it was partly covered with paint. During the second and third day 4/5 of us got breathing difficulties and one had a severe rash/skin reaction so we investigated the room more closely and found mold on the sealing in both bathroom and livingspace. There was also water dripping from one corner of the sealing and a some part of the piping in the bathroom leaked and caused a constant pool of water on the floor. There was also a bloodstain on the matress. Fortunately we were able to negotiate a room change to a less moldy room. Kitchen was ok and the staff was somewhat friendly. Would not stay here again and would not recommend to anyone.

Stayed here as a couple for half term skiing for a week. Large, warm, spacious apartment with a balcony overlooking street. We were in 5.5. A great ski locker room, hot shower and plenty of kitchen facilities. Beds were comfortable and TV had BBC world news on. Positives; so central, owner, Anna, is lovely and helpful, spacious, underfloor heating and a minute to everything Downside: our rude neighbour deciding to play music at 4 am. ( not the apartments fault). Would definitely stay again.

El apartamento completamente renovado. Todo lo necesario para la estancia. Alba, del área de gestión toda una profesional. Estamos encantados. Llevamos varios años yendo, a los que están sin renovar, y menuda diferencia!! A pie de pista.

The Manzano Apartments Andorra offer studios and one bedroom apartments with 2-6 people and the best "Apres Ski", which contribute with a terrace on the slopes of Grandvalira, Bar, Happy Hours, Billiards and Nights Animated.
We ended up here due to coronavirus vaccine requirements in Italy and we had to change our destination. To be honest, I didn't really read the reviews when we changed over, as my husband has been to Andorra a few times in the past and he loves the area. After booking I read some negative reviews on here that had me slightly nervous about coming. BUT I WAS PLEASANTLY SURPRISED with our accommodation. Yes, the studio rooms are small BUT they feel very spacious when you're in them. They are colourfully painted, with a modern kitchen and enough storage space for your needs. The beds are VERY COMFORTABLE and there is a shower and a bathroom with plenty of very hot water and a hairdryer. But most importantly of all, they are SPOTLESSLY CLEAN ? The location isn't ideal as it's right up the top of the mountain and the hill up to it can be a struggle with your equipment. But you can access the slopes only a few meters down the road which is handy. I had read about noise complaints and rowdy guests but we haven't experienced that all. Everyone is pleasant and polite and leave their equipment in the ski locker provided. You need €150 deposit on arrival so bring enough to cover that expense. We only had breakfast one morning as it cost €17 for 2 people and it wasn't really worth it for what was available, but it did the trick as the supermarkets weren't open as it was Constitution Day. Staff are all very friendly and polite and we're having a lovely time here.
