Reviewed By HarleyDRWe had a fantastic stay here in this beautiful, modern hotel. The staff went over and beyond to accommodate us at next to no notice, and it was greatly appreciated. Rooms are great with younger children. We've loved the balcony with the city lights, and room service had delicious foods. We will definitely be back!

Reviewed By cviljo949967Although I only stayed for the night, the accommodation and view was excellent. Although no meals or restaurant were onsite, there was an excellent Thai retaurant close by. The additional charge for internet unfortunately was a bit of a negative and should be included in the costs.

Staff was friendly and miles of smiles welcoming you. Beautiful patio to catch the sun starting a new day while drinking coffee and looking at the ocean.

Houghton View 13 is a wonderful combination of two large and luxurious apartments. The Penthouse Apartment Suite and a 3 Bedroom Family Executive Suites. Giving guests the option of reserving either of the 2 luxurious options individually or an option of booking both apartments together , thus creating a magnificent 5 bedroomed villa experience.

Reviewed By Berna_v_RWhat a wonderful place. The very helpful and friendly staff gave our stay an extra reason to come back. Next time we have to stay longer. One night only is definitely not enough. Conveniently located, it is the perfect stay for at least a couple of days.

Reviewed By Binte_husainWe had stayed at Icon about 12 years ago and it was super stay. 5 star apartments but Sad to say we are staying here at the moment currently in 1900 and all I can say is ICON YOUR STANDARDS HAVE DROPPED DRASTICALLY. From 5 star to literally a 1 star. Our check in was awesome and so was the receptionist that helped us. Nothing else to brag about. Pathetic rooms, stinky cupboards, towels and blankets. Poorly decorated rooms. Filthy and burnt pot. Totally unfurnished kitchen. Bedding is most uncomfortable. Hardly any TV channels basically nothing to watch. Broken blinds no aircons in the room. Bathrooms are despicable and so old and worn out. We really expected ICON APARTMENTS to be a good choice. The amount paid for this accommodation was and is not cheap thus a totally disappointing payment and experience

There are guests who sit and drink in the courtyard on a daily basis and shout till after midnight. When complaints are lodged nothing happens. I would not stay there again.

Man and Tree House is the perfect location, close to all the most popular attractions, to name just a few - 17 minutes to and from Cape Town International Airport, 7min walk to the International Convention Centre, 3km to Victoria & Alfred Waterfront Harbour ( Cape town's central shopping hub ), 4km to Table Mountain, Signal Hill, Lions Head, 500 metres to Long Street (sight seeing tours, night life, bicycle rentals ), 8km to the fabulous Camps Bay beach. Man and Tree is also conveniently situated opposite the Cape Quarter, surrounded by restaurants, bars, boutiques, supermarket, Fitness and Yoga Centre. P.S. We also speak French.

Reviewed By Nico GStephan, Andre and their staff are superb hosts! They take care for you with al kind of things: beach towels, umbrella’s , candles when electricity drops down in Capetown and more! The room with balcony and pantry was clean and very comfortable. Everything; restaurants, bars, shops are nearby at the wonderful neighbourhood Waterkant. Don’t hesitate: book here :-)

STADIUM GUEST HOUSE is a Bed & Breakfast or Self-Catering serviced upmarket establishment. Features two fully equipped studio apartments on the top floor ~ The Bay Window Studio Apartment and The Large Balcony Studio Apartment. Both with private balconies~ views sea/ Robben Island Downstairs we have The Mid-Level Bedroom en-suite with a bath and overhead shower. Has its own entrance /French doors opening onto veranda. The bedroom is equipped for self-catering, bar fridge etc. All units features 40 inch TV’s / DSTV channels. Smoking is only allowed on the balconies and the veranda. Barbecue facility on the sundeck/ entertainment area. Relax in the JUMBO Jacuzzi in the garden. Free remote control secure garage parking. The guesthouse is located in a quiet, secure, up-market area opposite the Green Point Stadium / 1 kilometre from V & A Waterfront ~ area is safe to walk. The guesthouse is close to all amenities.
