Belaire Place Motel Apartments, quiet property with good old fashion friendly service. We have 20 very large one bedroom self-contained apartments all with a lounge & dining area, large outdoor balcony and a kitchenette. Can accommodate up to four people (there is a double sofa bed in the lounge of most apartments). We are located only 50m to Bulcock Beach and 100m to Caloundra CBD, Bus Transit Centre and numerous cafes, restaurants and shops. Lift to all floors, free underground secure parking, on-site BYO 'Indiyum' restaurant - great Indian/Aussie food, heated year round outdoor swimming pool. Guest laundry and Free Wi-Fi access. One wheelchair accessible apartment. Friendly on-site Managers.

Reviewed By Lesley RMy husband (who is a disabled Military Veteran and in a wheelchair) and I (also in a wheelchair) spent 3 nights here to celebrate our 50th Wedding Anniversary. The room was very spacious and clean. Our main issue was the shower had a step up which is difficult for both of us and there was a step out to the balcony which again is difficult for us. It was a wonderful stay all the same and the Staff were extremely helpful from taking our bags up to our room to putting witches hats out the front to reserve a parking spot for us as our wheelchair van is too tall to go underneath. The hotel is perfectly placed for access to restaurants and shops. Would be happy to recommend Belair Place to my friends and family. We had a great view of Pumicestone Passage and could see the ocean as well.

Great anniversary stay!
Reviewed By OnAir22258603831We had a lovely stay here for our anniversary after our Hawaii trip got cancelled. We had a waterfront one bedroom apartment which was spacious and overlooked the water. It is close to shops and restaurants. The bed is to die for. The apartment also has a spa bath for when you want to have a soak after a day of exploring. Thank you for yet another stay.

Our apartment had an overwhelming smell of wet dog, we had to sleep with the balcony door wide open all night as well as the bedroom windows and 2 airconditioners on just to be able to stand the smell. One tiny body wash and one tiny soap for the 2 of us for 2 nights.advertised as a queen bed but we had a double bed, first world problem I know but on top of everything else!! The one redeeming feature was the young lady in reception, she was a delight and did her best to make things right. Whole building is tired. Will never be back

Reviewed By DywillThey charged an extra $923 to my credit card (confirmed by my bank and booking.com) and are keep saying they didn’t do it and won’t return my money. Do not stay there unless you want to be ripped off. I have rung the manager and he is denying that he charged me even though it is on my bank statement and the bank has confirmed it is the same merchant.

Reviewed By nadman6Could not fault Lindomare and would definitely stay again! The outside is dated but inside the apartment was lovely. John met us on arrival and took us up to our room (even carried a bag!) and showed us around the apartment. Clean and well organised. Our children loved the speedy wifi. We walked to the surf club for dinner and then to De Lish Fish @Kings for gelato. Thank you for a lovely, carefree stay.

Unfortunately merrima apartments yesterday installed a glaring screen on the side of their building right in front of us. It is impossible to enjoy the ocean view with the glare of their advertisements in the corner of my eye

Good price, The room needed a bit more TLC / maintenance and a spring clean but it was fine as is, With a bit more TLC - it would raise my score and stop me from looking around at other hotels, when I next travel to the area.

Reviewed By Z5582JUpetersStayed at Tranquil Shores for 4 nites, really enjoyed our stay, the location is great, walking distance to beach, shops, restaurants & bars. Our accommodation was clean, spacious and enjoyed sitting on the front verandah enjoying the sunsets. The management was very helpful showing us the top places to visit in the area including Australia zoo and the emundi markets. Rhys is very helpful and really went out of his way to make our stay a special one. Highly recommend Tranquil Shores, will definately be back soon.
