Reviewed By samay1983We had booked 3bhk service Apartment in Clarks Goa Calangute property for Nov 2021. After getting their confirmation on the booking, we got a call from them saying that the desired room is not available and they wanted us to shift to 2bhk because it seems they were getting a better rate and deal from somebody else. When we questioned them about this unprofessional behaviour, they started talking rudely and forced us to cancel the booking with them. Really happy that this happened before our stay. I can imagine our plight if we would have actually gone and stayed there.

Reviewed By Nilesh Sthis place is my regular, whenever i come to Goa i stay here as this place is firstly Apt. so no hustle of hotel staff plus in room u get fridge, t.v, micro, induction gas and utensil for same , A.C etc so everything is there common swimming pool is also available and Mr. Sanjay one who manages the property is very friendly and nice person. Plus everyday room cleaning lady comes and clean room and utensil if one has used it.

my second visit to calangute
Reviewed By sparkeman56saw the reviews last year about the Osbourne, thought I would give it a go on my second visit, I booked bed and breakfast for me and my brother in law for his first ever visit to india, I was very disappointed that what I got was not the same as I booked or expected, breakfast was only toast butter and jam everything else you paid for, you have to upgrade for a room with tv, or aircon,, and you had to pay for aircon, the food was good that I bought for dinner so no problem with the food its self. my room was cleaned every day but sheets were still stained and some times looked like they had not been changed. I got bit a lot in my room there was no net over bathroom window to stop anything getting in our room, staff were good, entertainment at night was ok, I would never book this hotel again and I am not a fussy person, beds were rock hard one pillow, I never once slept in my bed, felt safer on top. my brother did sleep in the beds but got bit too. so I complained to which they did fully clean my room and said there was not any bed bugs that I saw on my bed. this was funny as the last few days after my compliant no more bites due to the room being fully cleaned for last few days and smelled like it had been fully sterilised.

Reviewed By Kein SStayed here on ground floor for a few days. Pocket friendly option if you are looking to stay at a home away from home. Nice pool with lot of restrictions. Limited parking space. But the best part is, liquor store right at the gate. And it's well located also. Though not so party friendly place as its located in a residential complex. And neighbors tend to create problems sometimes with parking. But overall, a good option at pocket friendly prices.
