Reviewed By TimS6554The hotel is in a good location, very close to the beach. Affordable stay, strong wifi, sea view, everything worked. However, there was only one socket in a convenient space, the others were next to the floor or in the kitchen. The check in is a bit hard to find and there are no signs to tell you that it is on the 16th floor, had to double check the address. Overall, good hotel especially for the price you’re paying.

Very nice and cozy hotel
Reviewed By GvantsaTThe hotel is located near to Batumi Port, very nice and cozy rooms. The room had its living room, small kitchen with all necessary kitchen accessories and huge balcony (veranda). You can find all the necessary staff in the room: shampoos, bath gel, hair conditioner, vanity kit, toothbrush etc. All you need is to take your own toothpaste and creams with you which is very comfortable. The price is also very reasonable, 130 GEL (approximately 50 USD). Price includes morning breakfast which is served in a very nice cafe on the first floor. Great place for all types of visits.

The rooms are spacious, equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV, telephone, safe, minibar and a private bathroom with a shower and necessary accessories. Wi-Fi service is free in every room. No electricity and not nice staff
Reviewed By joeybriggsFood in the cafe was over priced and not very good. The electricity went out so we couldn’t shower or get ready and then they still wanted us out of the place. Staff was not very nice to my travel companions

Reviewed By roberthW1729ZREverything was good at the hotel. The room was comfortable, with a wonderful bed. The shower was excellent. WiFi was fast. It was a quiet neighborhood pretty centrally located. I was very comfortable for two nights.

Reviewed By charliebigtimeI paid for a sea view one bedroom for one month.Shortly after I moved in I received a call from the manager that I had to move due to flood damage on the floor above.I was moved to a non view room in the noisy parking area.The TV had no remote + the microwave had no plate.The TV instructions were in Russian + it was very difficult to navigate without a remote.Many times I would come home at night to find no internet or cable + was told they couldn't do anything until the morning.The manager had more bodyguards than a gangland leader which is what he is extorting money from guests.They would knock on your door + demand 200 lari for electricity without showing you the reading or giving a receipt. I was so relieved to leave there.

Smart, clean apartments.
Reviewed By david bOn the whole we were very satisfied with the apartment we stayed in - it’s part of the Orbi towers, ours was in the middle one. The studio apartment was very clean and modern with a small, sea facing balcony. It had a kitchen area with kettle, microwave, hob, sink and sufficient utensils. Plenty of wardrobe space and drawers and also an iron and ironing board. We were really pleased we had chosen an apartment rather than a hotel,and there are plenty of supermarkets and small shops nearby to buy food. The area in front of the apartments, immediately across the road has plenty of bars and restaurants. We used a few of them - all fine. The area by the sea is attractive with landscaped gardens. It’s a long walk along the promenade to the city centre, for example if your heading to Europe Square or the Alphabetic Tower. Sometimes we wished the apartments were a bit closer, but taxis are cheap and you can always hire a bike or electric scooter. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Batumi and can recommend the apartments as comfortable, clean and good value for money.

Karşısında plaj var. Oda günlük temizlenmiyor. Oda temizliği ve havlu değişimi için 30lari ekstra ödüyorsunuz. Çalışanlar güleryüzlü, ilgiliydi. Mutlu ayrıldık.

Reviewed By 2panda_w2Hotel apartamentowy został niedawno otwarty. Jeszcze nie zagospodarowano wielu pomieszczeń w tym usługowych, ale to co jest w pełni zadowala. Pokój z aneksem kuchennym bardzo dobrze wyposażony. Dobre wi-fi. Występowały problemy z gorącą wodą, ale można było sobie z tym radzić. Wygodne łóżka. Dobrze wyposażona łazienka (pralka+żelazko). Balkon na basen i morze (a przed nim bardzo zadbany park i promenada). Basen duży. Wystarczająca liczba leżaków. W pobliżu galeria handlowa z licznymi sklepami i restauracyjkami, ale woleliśmy dojeżdżać do centrum. Marszrutka przejeżdżała ulicą przy hotelu. Koszt dojazdu 0,5 lari za osobę. Obsługa hotelu reaguje na zgłoszenia bardzo szybko.
