Natural beauty abounds in the state of Uttaranchal's Lake District. Boaters flock to hill-ringed Naini Lake, which according to mythology is one of the emerald eyes of Shiva's wife. A hike or horseback ride to the top of Naina Peak (aka China Peak), the highest point, provides stunning views of the snow-capped Himalayas. To share a prime vantage point with family members of all ages, take the aerial lift up to Snow View; there's also a small marble temple at the top dedicated to Dev Mundi.

Camp Twilight is located at an altitude of 5700 feet just 12kms. from Nainital on Nainital – Corbett National Park Road and it is approximately 60 kms. from first Indian Tiger Reserve Corbett National Park and 280 kms from National Capital New Delhi. Located at a moderate height, Camp Twilight is an ideal all year round camping destination.
We had decided for a camping holiday this summer and choose camp Twilight near Nainitaal. What a delight it was, in the middle of nowhere in the jungle, this is a nature lovers paradise. This place is a sanctuary from the maddening crowds. You will be woken up by the birds in the morning, so many different species can be seen. There is lots to do, hikes, games, or nothing at all. Choice is yours.Food was superb, with a remote place like this the staff have made tremendous effort to keep everyone happy. The rustic artsy decor in the dining hall adds to the charm. Would definitely recommend this place to get your children to connect to nature. Bonfires in the evening were fun.

Hi I am Dinesh. I spend two days in the camp. I was so overwhelmed after I reached bajoon. Hospitality was great. The camp owners were there to take us uphill after we reached. They gave us honest briefing. The camp is full of natural beauty. Mountains , clean spring water , mud huts and tents. We got some delicious food cooked with full of heart for the guests. If you are looking for luxurious resorts with hot water and pomp and show its not your cup of tea. However id you want to spend some calm time and enjoy the beauty of nature it is a must visit place. The camp owners are just doing the service of mother nature and rates were very nominal. sun set point and some mountain energizer were excellent. Thanks for serving mother nature. Be ready for some real cold at night lolz.
