The largest of Italy’s fresh-water lakes, Lake Garda is located in northeast Italy. Tourists traveling here will find plenty of excursions and activities to keep them entertained year-round—everything from visiting hilly wine regions to exploring 14th-century castles. The towns and communities surrounding Lake Garda offer easy day trips from Venice, easily accessible by car or train. Major sights include the towns of Sirmione (which attracts most Lake Garda visitors thanks to its historic Rocca Scaligiera castle) and Riva del Garda (for the Varone waterfalls located nearby), as well as the region’s hills, which offer numerous hiking trails for adventurous walkers.

La Rocca camp is a beautiful open-air resort, overlooking the Veronese shores of Lake Garda, in a green oasis close to the town of Bardolino. Cozy and modern, it provides high standard camping facilities. Here, nature, relax, culture, cuisine, sports and entertainment, merge together making it the ideal holiday place for adults and children. The immediate connection between the campsite and the beach, provides a direct access to the beautiful promenade which allows, in a short time, to reach the historical center of Bardolino and Garda. It provides a completely renewed swimming pool for adults and one for children, located in a breathtaking panoramic area, two hot whirlpools, fields for beach volley, basketball, football, a gym, bikes and kayaks, animation and any other typical equipment for a campsite and resort.
We had a very Nice stay. The chalet was clean and everything was there wat we needed. The employes in the store where very grumpie in the morning. Sheen you have a lot of lugage you have too walk several time. Its were easyer when there were smal cars like by de rent tent.

It was my third time in ‘Le Palme’ and I definitely can say one thing - this place is amazinnnggg! Everyone in there can find something enjoyable - spend day at swimming pool, go for a long walks to the lake, eat one of the best ice creams ever and so on! ❤️ And there is the best administrator - Marco! He’s so polite and kindness, always is ready to help if you need it. :) Smiles to clients and the most important thing - makes everyone feel so welcome in there! 10/10

Positive; - The camping is at a nice location - some Mobilehomes, like some Natur types has a nice view on the lake. The mobile hones are new but ours was not as clean as we expected (spider net for eg) Negative - Animation is very weak, for 10+ it does not exists, forget it. - The only supermarket is like a money robbery, 100g ham is 5 Euro!! and it closes from 12:30-16:00. Additionally it has an extremely weak choice. - We expected way more, from the restaurant, and had such experience in Italy. No grilled fish or anything grilled, only pasta and Pizza. We found it moderately expensive, a pasta with garlic with some hot pepper is 9,00 Euro and not enough for a 14 years old. The choice is generally very weak. - No table tennis but only a football pitch and a valley ball pitch under the sun at the reception - no trash containers in the camp, one needs to walk 80-100 out of the camp (??), I have never seen anything like this My real note would be rather 2,5 and not 3

Located in Padenghe with direct access to the lake, Camping Village Riva Blu is the ideal place for those who want to spend a holiday immersed in nature and live a 360 ° open air experience. Different housing solutions including mobile homes, glamping tents and pitches a stone's throw from Lake Garda.
Establishment to be discouraged even to the worst enemy! The toilets and showers probably date back to '39-'45 and for the most part they were HORRIBLE! They were cleaned at most once a day, so as soon as some uncivilised customers left their traces the others had to pay the consequences for days... Obsolete and dirty infrastructure to be avoided! Non-existent service and - in addition - very poor public services with which to travel to other destinations. To be forgotten!!! Don't get there...

First time staying in campsite and had an idea of perfect holiday with toddler in tow and this lived up to expectations . Bungalow was well design , good AC, had everything you needed right down to tea towels . Its the small details that make a holiday go smoothly . The beach is on door step and as its a mature site the sandpark was shaded part of the day which was perfect for keeping children out of the sun all day . All facilities including pool are immaculate and staff are lovely and cant do enough to help you . From highly attentive lifeguard who not only managed safety , but I watched him go above and beyond to try and help teach numerous children water skills. Everyone we encountered was so helpful . lots of restaurants within walking distance and snack bar on site . we will 100% be back . holidays are very personal experiences and expectations but for us , its was 100% perfect

Our pitch was great by the lake with enough shade and sun :-) Shower, toilet etc. was all within reach. and close by. The on-site supermarket was closed due to COVID, but local supermarket around 200m away.

This is the second time we have visited Bella Italia and were really happy we went back. There is so much for the kids to do on the campsite, and also it’s right next to the lake which has so many water sports available. The pools are great, the supermarket is well stocked and there is a great little train that goes into the town regularly. There are decent bars and restaurants but lots of nice places just outside the campsite on the lake to eat too. We stayed in an apartment which is basic but great value, and did the job perfectly. The kids loved the arcade at night, the trampolines and parks and will be old enough next time for the evening entertainment. We will definitely return.

The Camping Fossalta campsite in Lazise, on the lush Lake Garda riviera, offers you an unforgettable holiday with your family or friends. With such diversity of trees and flowers, you will feel like you're staying in a great garden with magnificent views over Lake Garda. It is the ideal spot for those looking for a relaxing holiday.........
We were here on holiday at the beginning of may 2022, we were lucky to have very nice wearher. The campsite is clean and well maintained. Pitches are not super big but big enough. We stayed at 3b. The restaurant could be better, it has no athmosphere and doesn’t invite sitting there. A bar is missing and the food can be better for the prices charged. Let me be straight it is not bad but far too expensive for the quality. All in all a great camping site

Located on the eastern shores of Lake Garda, on a wide plot that slopes directly into the lake, Camping Lido lies close to Pacengo and in about 4 km from Lazise. The Campsite has an area of about 120.000 square meters that can accommodate more than 2.000 guests in camping pitches or maxicaravans. In addition to the exclusive area at the lake side, the “Borgo Alto” area and the new “Poggio Village” are at the disposal of our guests, both completely renewed and even greener. The campsite is equipped with all internal services typical of a modern campsite. An amazing Aquapark is available during the summer season, equipped with 4 swimming pools, funny slides and charming waterfalls. A toilet group completely new in the center of the campside: structure with all the conforts and services, where are located the bookable private bathrooms. The campsite is equipped with basic services that cater to the comfort of campers: supermarket, bazaar, bar, pizzeria and restaurant with lake view terra
Have stayed in a number of campsites in this area of Lake Garda over the years and think that this is probably the best of them. Right on the lake side with no road to cross. Super pool area. Great restaurant. Super service at the pool bar. Good animation team. Super friendly. Only downside was the level of equipment in the mobile home. Whilst the home was a good size it was very poorly equipped e.g. no wine glasses, no microwave, only two saucepans etc. Would happily come back here.

Great facilities including a very friendly and helpful reception, excellent bathrooms, well used bar and restaurant where we had two very good meals , great pool complex and we had an uninterrupted beautiful lakeside view for our motor home with power and drainage. Cleaning regime was very good and after a storm whole site was quickly cleared of the leaf debris from trees. Site is about equidistant from Descenzano and Sirmione (particularly lovely) with both being a short and flat cycle ride away but a long walk. Tiny improvements might be making the restaurant more appealing with brighter table clothes and table centres/candle or table lights at night and improving the supply of goods in the shop - shelves were notably empty every time we went in - particularly it would have been good to have more fresh foods, brown bread and meals.
