Reviewed By nikan1976i was ran out of options in that time ... first of all it was 3 star hotel... then the breakfast was awful no options just local halva and cold food no warm food and you have to stick with cheese and bread and tea ... i all the time went to burger king to eat sth... then the appearance of hotel is good but the other thing was horrible ... oh god the Internet was so poor and you can not check your Instagram the staff can not speak English... in the end i will give it 2 out of 5

Tabii ki alacağınız hizmetin ödediğiniz ücret kadar olacağını unutmayın. Ben bir sıkıntı yaşamadım. Kahvaltı biraz zayıftı. Aslında çorba bile vardı kahvaltı tabağı olarak bahsediyorum. Aç kalmıyorsunuz doyuruyor.

Reviewed By noori283I stayed in this hotel two times ,first time it was good the room was clean,last visit i didnt like stsying there i changed the hotel ,in 4 days they cleaned the room once only and it wasnt that clean,the breakfast was ordinary nothing special,i didnt like the girl on the reception ,she was impolite and asked too much personal question she only wanted to talk to men, the other staff were polite Overall its good hotel with good price

Quiet, nice 3star hotel, good price
Reviewed By eli_travelzthe hotel has nice staff who try to help you. people in Van don't know much English but they like to help, so the reception and staff of the hotel too. they totally talk in Turkish. but it's OK and there would be no problem. in suites there is a kitchen which there are an electric gas, washing machine (bring or buy some powder to use washing machine. there is no powder), a fridge, sink and many cabinets. at first I was thinking there might be some containers like a pan or something but there was no review to write about that. so I am telling you now the cabinets are empty and there is no containers inside if you are thinking to cook something. anyway the restaurant is open and you can drink tea until midnight (maybe it's open after midnight too, but I didn't try it). there are shampoo and body foam in the bathroom, and the staff change it if you need more. there are also towels. +options in breakfast: in the breakfast there were 2 kinds of cheeses, 1 kind of butter, 2-3 kinds of olive (salty-), milk, bread, tea (no coffee-), one kind of vegetable, egg, grape sap, lunch meat, honey, tahini, juice, water. location is very good. in the Jumhuriat street, close to the AVM mall and many other shops. the good point is alhtough it's located at the middle of the shopping center it's a quiet to rest. try getting the upper floors i you are looking for more quiet rooms. there are two elevators. I spent 1 week there from 29th Aug until 5th september 2019. have fun
