I am very grateful to the proprietor Geoff, who I gave very short notice for a room. The room had a lovely view with a big comfortable bed. The bathroom was fine and very clean. All in all very satisfactory. I will be happy to stay there again.

I booked a one night stay for my mum's birthday with little knowledge of the pub or the surrounding area. It was fantastic, I would jump at the chance to stay again and will definitely be recommending to friends/family. The staff couldn't have been more friendly (across the board from bar staff to waiters to management to cleaners), going out of their way to help us and make us feel welcome with subtle personal touches that really made a difference to the overall experience. The pub itself looks brand new and feels modern and clean but with the character you look for in a country pub. We sat in the gorgeous grounds for drinks and lunch as the weather was warm and sunny, and had an evening meal in the pub too. Again, service was perfect and the food and drink was delicious and very reasonably priced. Menu is varied and it was clear that the heritage and locality of produce is a big focus for the group. Breakfast was included in the room with lots of choice (continental and hot) and plenty of tea refills. And the room was exactly what we wanted and more. Spacious, lovely views into the garden and beyond, nice big bathroom and powerful shower with lovely products too. Small touches such as robes and nespresso machine in the room meant it felt v luxurious. Our room didn't have a fire but can imagine it'd be lovely to stay in the winter too. Everything was easy. Very peaceful setting and awoke to birdsong. No noise from neighbouring rooms. I can see why it has won so many awards. Will absolutely be returning.

This is a lovely guest house, spotlessly clean, comfortable bed in sweet room. Its an old building so there are stairs. I understand they have ground floor rooms also. It has everything you could need and despite being on a road it was very quiet. The best thing was the lovely fresh cooked breakfast included in the price. I only met Mark (one of the owners), he was very welcoming and interesting to talk to. I will definitely be going back.

Tea Rooms Opening Times: Friday - Sunday 10:00 - 16:00 Bed and Breakfast and Holiday Cottage: All year round
We arrived in Coxwold late morning and decided a coffee and a sausage roll would help us on our way, taking a circular walk of about 4-5 miles in the area. Homemade and mouthwatering! Just in time, a group of local cyclists then turned up and bought up all the rest of them!! On our return we enjoyed tea, scones, Victoria sandwich cake, a flapjack and an Ice cold Perone. Liz has something special on offer and a stop in Coxwold is a must when touring the area - what a gem. Great cakes and baked, amazing freshly brewed coffee and really friendly service. Nothing was too much trouble. We will be back!!

We had a lovely stay. The farm is in a beautiful setting. We stayed in Falcons Nest which is a really large room with a separate dressing area. Everywhere was very clean and modern. Breakfast was lovely and we chose our options and time to eat the night before. Very friendly and helpful hosts. Highly recommend.

Built in 2012, each of our modern appointed en suite rooms have private access, 42" TV, sofa, luxury toiletries, crisp bedding and fluffy towels. We have a choice of twin, double or family rooms and our prices include a proper Yorkshire breakfast.
We stayed in one of their B&B rooms for two nights and could not fault it. The room was very spacious with a king size bed plus a single bed and the room plus bathroom were spotlessly clean. The breakfast and evening meal were fantastic. This plus the lovely helpful and pleasant staff made our stay most enjoyable. If you are thinking of giving it s try, stop thinking because I guarantee you will not be disappointed . It is as good as a 5 star hotel at a fraction of the price

We have just returned from staying at The Granary cottage. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Amanda is the most perfect host . The cream scones on arrival were gorgeous as was today's breakfast. The cottage is superb. So clean and has everything you need. The garden surroundings are perfect. A wonderful place to stay. We will definitely be booking again.
