Worst hotel experience in recent memory
Reviewed By theboutiquetravellerThere were so many problems with my 5-night stay I don't know where to begin. They are best summarised by 2 main points- 1) Poor cleanliness of the general areas, but especially of the bedroom. There were stains on all the pillow cases and duvet cover, all of which did not looked or smelled like they were freshly laundered. There were long strands of hair on the bed and under the duvet (I have very short hair, hence not mine). All of the above makes me suspect they don't change the sheets between guests. My room was only refreshed once, on the third day. In-room safe was broken which meant I had to haul all my valuables out with me everyday. 2) The staff were apathetic and could not care less. 4 of the 5 nights, there was loud noise into the early hours of the morning (combination of someone watching videos/listening to music and people talking loudly) from the reception area and rooftop which reverberates through the 2 internal lightwell, which in turn reverberates through most of the rooms. I had to yell at them to keep it down on 2 nights (which did not really help!). The worst part is, the culprits were probably staff members hanging out with their mates.

Reviewed By carynjen13Got a very good price via Traveloka. Plenty of street parking in front of the hotel. I feel the bathroom is bigger than the room but not a big deal. I feel the bed is comfy, and I like the space above the sink to put all my toiletries. After i checked out I receive a call from the hotel that I accidentally left one bag behind. Thankfully they called me else I have to replace those clothes :)

Reviewed By Nuwa90I chose this hotel as this is the only hotel with affordable price for my 1 night stay. Walking distance to nearby Giants Hypermarket, Decathlon & Mamak Restaurant. First come first serve parking but there are many available parking especially at night. Room was OK. I don't mind much about the furniture or the decoration. Aircond OK, Heater OK, TV OK everything seems comfortable for me. I would recommend to stay at this hotel for short term period as for me the room was comfortable.

It's a decent birthday staycation
Reviewed By 3natheae1I do find this hotel very comfortable, the cleanliness are in tiptop condition, facilities are good and I particularly love the Jacuzzi tub it's pretty much user friendly. I did use a bath bomb and some shower gel for bubbles, very soothing. Also, thanks to the girl during the check-in process. Super friendly, efficient, fast, helpful and practices good customer service. There's not much thing that i don't like about the hotel but I find it tad weird that the guy receptionist purposely dodges questions by answering with "oh saya tak tahu (I don't know)" or he really isn't aware of the general things he should probably know about the hotel.

Good for overnight
Reviewed By Suhaimi OI was here due to event that I had to attend in Subang. The location is strategically located near the main road. It has gated and guarded parking lot but rather limited. The building has no lift so it could be a hassle for elderly or people with back pain to carry the luggage.It has a restaurant but breakfast needs to be purchased. Plenty of eateries nearby so eating is no problem.

Reviewed By detyartpI like the look of your hotel, we often go here but you have to make like a connecting bedroom just like at other hotel. You guys should make the floor with carpet upstairs at the 2nd floor and the 3rd floor so they will feel comfortable at walking on it. You have to fill up the food station more so it will attract more customers. You have to make the lobby more colourful because its too white of grayish, make it like a theme like red with white or blue with white something like that. and i like it when your hotel is near sunway because i need to go there to practice my bowling skills and just have fun at the archery place and sometime i go there because my grandparents need to go to the medical center or my dad has to take an operation.

Great Place at Reasonable Price
Reviewed By teckeongBooked a family room for 3 persons over the Chinese New Year holidays. Room was relatively spacious. Staff was very helpful despite limitations due to the holidays. However, we found some ants on our beds. As mentioned by other reviewers, the noise from the neighbouring rooms could be clearly heard, probably due to the thin walls.

Just for a night
Reviewed By WoodyathomeWell... the price is cheap. So wont expect lot of good things. Location wise its a quiet place. Bed sheets and blanket are dirty.... u can see its turning... black. Hairs on the hanger cabin.... don look like hair but some other place hair...... i mean basic house keeping is a must before new check in. I hope they will improve in this
