Absolutely spotless and very well-appointed room. Sleeps 4 in 3 beds but just used 2. AC, fridge, two fans, lovely decor. Bathroom modern and fully equipped. Very well decorated throughout and pleasant gardens with lots of pot plants etc. Hosts delightful, husband speaks English. Can't speak highly enough of this place, deserves to be well used!

Lisi, our host, made a good stay a GREAT stay. She was available to me from moment of booking, answering questions and arranging for our pick-up from the (Brazilian side) airport (120R for 2, incl. appx. 10 min. 2-part customs stop). We have rarely stayed at a cleaner place. Pictures do not do justice to simple but well-equipped room and bathroom. Breakfast @ 7 was 'homemade' and complete, holding us until supper at 7:30. Lisi told us exactly how to approach Falls on our own, far more relaxing than any tour (though it is a strenuous 5-6 hour r/t incl.bus from town). Posada was convenient to anything in town you might need, including Mama's (homemade) Pasta for supper. Would STRONGLY recommend staying here!

The room we booked at booking.com is big and clean and has a huge window. And that’s the end of pluses. The hostal is old and run-down, the linen so washed-out that they are grey and the shared bathroom needs urgent renovation. It is very, very dirty as if there is no cleaning service. The kitchen is dirty and untidy. There is warm water and poor Internet. Towels are provided. And they serve sweet breakfast. The receptionist quibbles about the price of the room; the next day they cheat us and we pay 25$/night despite the fact the price on booking.com is 20$. What’s more, you can’t pay with a credit card and that possibility will give you 20% discount for tourists with a foreign passport.

We arrived at the bus terminal in the dark, after a busy day, with no idea where to stay. Heading down the hill towards town for 2 or 3 minute we spied this place. Too tired to negotiate we payed 300 peso per night for the room which was clean and as described in other reviews. Our room was behind reception so could be a bit noisy from road but was close enough to get weak & patchy wifi signal in room. Stayed 3 nights, room not cleaned in that time. Owners have no English but friendly enough. Breakfast meagre. Best thing is to visit falls just walk to bus terminal, pay 70peso per person for return ticket to falls and bus takes you to park entrance. Entrance costs 170peso per person and they don't take credit cards?! So have the cash. If you get the card validated it can be used the following day for half price.
