Reviewed By M8216LXpennymA moment in time is such a charming place to stay! Beautiful house, clean, comfortable, with welcoming hosts that make your stay a breeze. Our arrival was delayed due to our day tour, but A Moment in Time made our checkin process hassle free for us to make our evening reservations. Breakfast was delicious and presented beautifully in a serene setting! Location is perfect, very close to all that you want to visit, but still a peaceful place to rest!

Fullerton Manor Inn was opened in October 2018 at Lundy’s Lane which is very close to Niagara Falls. The main building of Fullerton Manor Inn is a 20,000 sq. feet mediterranean revival style architecture. After 6-month-renovation, there are 31 rooms, one indoor pool, a meeting room, a tea room, and a restaurant. As a boutique hotel, All the management team members has worked for Hilton or Marriott. Our team desires to provide the best service for our guests.
Worst experience at a hotel ever
Reviewed By leahpD3857DKMy sister and I were in the area for a bachelorette near by. We went to check in at 6pm and were given the key to our room. We went to our room and it hadn’t been cleaned, sheets everywhere, dirty towels on the floor. We went back to reception and the guy at the front desk told us they have no more rooms available and are fully booked. We booked that room ages ago and checked in well after check in time! We told him we had an event to get to and he left us sitting in the lobby for 20min while we thought he was arranging someone to clean the room. He eventually came to us with another key saying he would give us someone else’s room so we could go get ready and he would have the other one cleaned. I asked him if this room would be clean and he said he thought so. Well, the room wasn’t cleaned. There were take out containers and dirty towels everywhere. We went back to reception and asked for a refund. At this point we were really pissed off and were already late for our dinner. He kept us in the lobby claiming he was trying to process the refund. He tried to give me a receipt with another card number on it claiming it would go through later. We were not leaving without our refund. He kept us in the lobby for an hour when I finally said let’s call Expedia. They called him and processed the refund in five minutes. So in the end we had no room and had to process our own refund. Worst customer service ever. The right thing to do would have been to pay to set up another room at another hotel for us. Instead we missed an hour and a half of the bachelorette and had to drive home that night which was a three hour drive. So of course we couldn’t have any drinks when we finally made it to the event. Terrible service and left us with no place to stay.

Our room was a cozy retreat after a long and chilly afternoon, evening of walking and viewing the falls. It is possible to cross the road in front of Bedham Hall and walk to the falls or toward the Whirlpool! Breakfast was delicious! We so enjoyed chatting with host, John!

This elegant Victorian home, built originally in 1876. Twenty minutes walk to the fall. We have four large bedrooms, each with queen size beds, air conditioning and private ensuite bathrooms. One Coffee-Bar, one cozy sun rooms, one large dining room, and an inviting family room with fireplace to relax in. Come to see and feed the fish in our tropical koi pond!

We were pleasantly surprised by the outstanding quality of the premises, lovely breakfast and helpful and friendly host. A beautiful house, loved the period furnishings and personal touch by the owner. A lovely quiet area within walking distance of the attractions. Superb value for money, would highly recommend to anyone. Thank you for your lovely hospitality !

Reviewed By Timothy PStayed here 2 times now and each time it has been pleasant. Rooms are clean, comfortable and large. The last visit they gave us a room with a Jacuzzi at no extra costs. The location is also convenient as it is a $8 cab ride to the downtown core.

Enjoyed the restful atmosphere & well-presented breakfasts which included French toast/pancakes, fruit, egg, meat, juice & coffee/tea. Clean, cozy bedroom with a comfortable bed, ceiling fan, keyed door, 3-pc. bathroom, hairdryer & nice towels. Wi-fi included. TV available in main floor livingroom. Located on a quiet street. Walking/biking distance to Falls & Clifton Hill tourist area.

As good as expected
Reviewed By YanyingM1We had a pleasant stay. The location is convenient. Room was clean. The hot breakfast was excellent. Our dog Koko enjoyed the extra bacon specially prepared for him. I believed that the stay could have been better if Sam was here (Sam was on vacation). We had the room keys mixed up. By the time the guests of the other room checked in (11pm), their key wouldn't work. While the attendant of the house sorting things out in the foyer, our dog was woke up by the noise and got very upset. So we woke up too to take Koko(the dog) for a walk to calm him down. However, when the key problem was solved, we had a quiet night sleep and all was well. My suggestion to Sam is to avoid late check in after 10pm. Overall, we recommend Adam's House.

Everything in the room was functioning properly, the mattress was comfortable, the linens clean, the staff friendly and accommodating. If that’s all you need save a few bucks and stay here.
