GardenSong is a "must visit" destination in historic Natchez, MS. It was built in 1836 and features beautiful suites, all with private baths - just blocks from downtown and the mighty Mississippi River! Guests will enjoy full access to this historic property, including our lovely historic gardens.
We stayed in the Clark gable room since they had three beds. It was ok, but needed some work.. the house is beautiful, but this room had some problems…No tv channels with news on…we watched old reruns of shark tank. The bathroom windows are almost impossible to open, so no ventilation..twin beds have mattresses than slide off the base…air con not efficient in front bedroom…..in room coffee maker only makes one cup…I think these are simple fixes.. We loved Ruth, our breakfast server.she is a delight! A real GEM! Good breakfast! Location fantastic, but quiet and lovely…outdoor porch only had two chairs, and we were three people, so we couldn’t use it…maybe an outdoor dining set in the garden would have been nice? Front door took three attempts. No room cleaning. We looked at all the rooms which looked more updated than the Clark gable room, so I would recommend those. But a nice stay never the less..

I gained much appreciation and respect for the owner Ron, his love and commitment to keeping our architectural history not only alive but practically usable is the reason I’ll be back again to see more of this beautiful town and his collection of Bed and Breakfast’s. I can’t wait to come back, he goes to great lengths to make sure his guests have the best experience. His grace in dealing with our large family is refreshing and I hope others take their children to experience this beautiful place and people while learning all they can from our past.

Visiting the Mississippi River was a childhood dream of mine. So picking the perfect place to complete that desire was important. The Burn Bed and Breakfast was that very place! I have never stayed at a place whose real life was prettier and even better than the online photographs. But what made this place the most special? The luxurious bedding? The amazing short walk to restaurants and unbelievable views? The refreshing pool at the end of our day? The incredible breakfast including coffee that tasted better than Starbucks? All of that but it was the sweetest ladies who made our stay the perfect dream come true. Nell. Juanita. Joann. And the groundskeeper, Alfred. They are the most hospitable people who have the smiles that make a morning sunny. I love this place. My heart skips at the thought of leaving a rainy dreary Seattle to embrace Mississippi Natchez. Thank you.

Choctaw Hall is now a Bed and Breakfast. Built in 1836 this antebellum home has four separate queen bed suites connected by a comfortable living room and 24/7 access to self-serve snacks, light treats, assortment of teas and of course coffee. Our guests receive vouchers for a full breakfast of choice at nearby restaurants. Choctaw Hall is conveniently located in downtown Natchez, MS.
My husband and I spent one night at Choctaw Hall and wished that we could have stayed longer. David was an amazing host so be certain not to miss the house tour. Our room was perfect, with a very comfortable bed and pillows. It was also very quiet. We enjoyed the sitting room, and the coffee, tea, and snacks made us feel right at home after a long day of driving. Even our dog was happy. We will most certainly return on our next trip to Alabama from Mexico.

My wife and I had a wonderful time at Glenfield Plantation. We spent two nights there in the main bedroom where Mr. Cannon committed suicide after the Civil War. We learned this after taking the ghost tour with Mrs. Marjorie before our second night. Breakfast was delicious on both mornings. Mrs. Marjorie and family were very Knowledgeable about local history and helpful in suggesting local attractions worth the time and money. We highly recommend.

We were greeted at the door by Mrs. Paulette and Pyewacket. I was told Sherlock Holmes was in the house, but I didn't get to meet him until the next morning. Mrs. Paulette is as charming as her home and makes you fell right at home; like your new best friend. We were given the key to the house and showed to our room. The home is spotless and very well kept. Very relaxed atmosphere. If your looking for a quite, fun place to stay in Natchez, with an amazing breakfast...this is your spot. When you go be sure and tell Pyewicket and Sherlock Holmes I said hello.

My husband and I spent a few days in Natchez and stayed at the Wilkins Townhouse Bed and Breakfast. The suite was so spacious and so beautifully decorated with luxurious curtains, bedding, and antique furniture. The suite was clean, very comfortable, and had a large bathroom. The courtyard is shaded and a great place for coffee, wine, or relaxing. The manager, Miss Jean was the perfect hostess; we arrived on a rainy afternoon and she had extra umbrellas waiting for us at the door for us to use during our stay ❤️. She cooked breakfast every morning at the time of our choosing. The breakfast table was beautifully set with bowls of strawberries, peaches, or blueberries and followed with a delicious hot meal. During our stay, we ate bacon, eggs, sausage, grits, biscuits, French toast, pancakes, muffins, the best coffee, and juice! She also had books and magazines on the plantation homes for us to read and choose which to tour. She was a wealth of information about the area and offered suggestions on things to see. The B&B was a block from antique shops /shopping and a short walk to many attractions. We plan to make a return trip to Natchez in the fall and will never consider staying anywhere else. Miss Jean made the place feel like home. We had heavy hearts when leaving, not only because of a terrific vacation, but because of the beautiful accommodations and lovely southern belle that made our stay so comfortable!

We stayed in the Carriage House at the Natchez Pearl and everything was practically perfect. The bed was comfortable, the separate seating area was great so that I didn’t wake up my early to bed/late to rise husband. I also adored the screened in porch so I could read and drink my included Kuerig coffee as I woke up each morning and enjoyed the sun rise. We had contactless entry, but I am glad we got to meet the owners. They were a wonderful introduction to quirky friendliness that captures Natchez. Everything was great. I would definitely return and stay again.
