Designed as the perfect sanctuary from the demands of business and pleasure, our rooms offer a truly distinctive level of comfort and elegance. Take a well-deserved break in this beautifully appointed rooms and enjoy that extra-special touch of space and style.
Location in the heart of Nakuru CBD makes it ideal for business. Conference venues are excellent and so are the rooms which are spacious and clean. The breakfast is okay, improve the quality of your tea. The food in the ground floor restaurant is a hit and miss. The portions are quite generous but it takes too long. Do not order the pizza it is a hot mess. But overall the staff are great and very helpful. Thank you Duncan, Ian and Ian :) I would recommend this hotel for conferencing and accommodation just not the food.

It was such a total disappointment. From the miscommunication to the poor customer service at the front desk.We had specifications for the room we wanted but ended up getting something substandard. We didn't even get to stay there and they didn't want to do a refund for the booking fee we paid. Alps was a total disappointment; overpriced for nothing

We had planned to experience the denouement of 2019 in style in this town and location but we ended up spending the evening of 1st January and the better part of 2nd January morning on this highway getaway. Being a soccer junkie, the icing to the proverbial cake was watching my beloved Arsenal annihilate their perennial foes Manchester United 2-0. The deluxe suite handed to us was super spacious for two and the view of the highway was spectacular but surprisingly relatively noise-free. The only qualm I got is the not so smooth WIFI network. The breakfast was served early while we were grabbing our precious zzzzzz so we arrived late for that party, but it was still a sumptuous delicacy and the chef was courteous enough to prepare an extra omelette and scrambled eggs for us. Overall a memorable experience for us and a future layover for us. Would recommend it to couples travelling alone and or with a child.

Well, a very simple hotel, which has seen better times. The rooms are so-so. Restaurant ... very basic. But we arrived for the sake of animals, not for relaxing in a hotel. Although I would like to ...

I didn't like the rooms, they didn't look clean enough. The red carpet looks like it isn't cleaned out often. The towels are a questionable colour, I expected bleached white. It's ok if all you need is a budget place to crash.
