Khoone Geli is a wattle and daub family home richly influenced by traditional local architecture. It was designed and built by Farzin Malaki a medical doctor from Glasgow University and Alejandra Aliaga his wife on their return to Iran from the UK. The house is built on a family farm some 15 KM from the Caspian shoreline in northern Iran. It's privileged location -between the southern coast of the Caspian Sea and the Alborz mountains- makes Khoone Geli an ideal place to stay relax while also enjoying nature, trekking in the Alborz Mountains from the Alamut Valley all the way to Laar National Park and Mount Damavand is our specialty. Khoonegeli offers you rustic accommodation with exquisite food made with fresh locally sourced ingredients, expect a highly personalized service and a warm, friendly atmosphere!
After years of spending in the region never had the experience of such. The house was designed by the owners, resembling the traditional architectural style and it was made of woods and bricks only which is well-integrated into the context of the region thereof. Because of nostalgic obsession, not only on the outside, the inside ambience gives the rural authenticity as well. (if you intend to go there in the cold seasons you will be warmed by the woodstove) Furthermore, the hospitality of the owners gives you a home feeling, they are so kind and friendly. The food was delicious and ample indeed. It was a dish consisting of three different kinds of local food (Morgh-e-Torsh which is a Marinated chicken, Mirza-Ghaasemi, and Baghelaghatogh with garlic, yogurt, and delaar on the side). More interestingly, there was a treehouse on the other side of the garden. I slept there for the night with the permission of the owners. It was quite an experience, although mind the mosquitos! On day two, the breakfast was great, and we headed toward the Do-Hezaar forests to climb around 2200 meters above sea level to reside in a pristine mountain village called Nusha. Mr. Malaki was our guide. He was remarkably informative since he has climbed all the mountains and peaks of the region. To sum up, it was my first time visiting there but definitely, it won't be the last.

I spent 2 nights with my wife there as a guest. This hotel is a time sharing hotel and owners can rent it or invite The location is great. Three or three and a half hour from tehran. Our room has a nice balcony with the see view .room was clean. Staff was polite. Break fast was excellent. There are some facilities like game room ,Coffee shop , fast food , restaurant. Around the hotel you can find many good restaurants and shops . I like this place very much and if I have a chance I will visit it again

Chaldareh hotel placed in the middle of forest in north of iran. You can chill out and enjoy the voice of birds and rain. I enjoy the atmosphere. There are two sorts of hut Toska and Afra which placed in west and east. I recommend Toska while these huts placed much more closer to river and made out of wood. There were friendly and responsible staff there. We stayed there 2 nights. You can plan going fishing, bicycling and going to jungle with a tour guide every sunny day.

As the title implies, this review is about hotel kourosh in Kish island in Persian gulf, but as this hotel is very new and is not listed in TripAdvisor yet, I put this review here. We stayed in this hotel from August 16 to 20, 2018. Positives: Location: . Very good. The hotel is located in the heart of the island, a few minutes walk from the main shopping centres. Decor and cleanliness: Excellent. The building is new, and very well kept. Rooms are extra-big and spacious, much larger than any other hotels I have seen. Everything in the hotel is extraordinarily clean and very chic and elegant. Staff: are very polite and friendly. They are always ready for help and won't let you experience any dificulty. and now: Negatives: Swimming pool: I was shocked to realize that the swimming pool was out of service. They told me that as the hotel building is new and came into operation just this year, they experienced some difficulties and were not able to bring the swimming pool into service in time, but this was by no means a satisfying answer. They must have announced it beforehand, so people might choose another hotel. When you pay such an ammount of mony to reserve a five star hotel, swimming pool is a must and can not be ignored. Transfer: the hotel boasts a "CIP" transfer for its guests, but it was not satisfying and as a matter of fact it really acted the opposite way. We lost so much time in the airport as the car (actually a minibus) waited to collect passengers from the next incoming flight. We would have spared at leas 2 hours of time if we went by a taxi. Another thing that was even worse was that there was no transfer back to the airport and we had to take a taxi. Conclusion: All in all, as a newly opened hotel, it was very good and if I go to the island another time (which I'm sure I will), I will probably go to the same hotel again. Namakabroud town is astonishing, the hotel is located in a very nice venue. The building and room are relatively good,BUT service is very poor. Another main issue is the Iranian toilet in the room, not only uncomfortable, also make a bad oder. Really disappointed. All in all, it has the potential to be a good hotel, if management to be changed, tight now they have no idea what dose hotel management means. Far reaching yo 5star

A hotel in rare place and beautiful jubgle. A calm place for resting and having good holiday. You can spend your day with walking in jungle road and forest park
Quality of stay to price is excellent. There are little disadvantages which the management should take for consideration. 1. Cleanness 4/5 - we found plastic fork under the table, and water tap was dirty. Bed sheets perfectly clean. 2. Sleep quality 5/5 - veeery comfortable mattress and quiet room. 3. Breakfast 4/5 - some foods were not good, other tasted like prepared week ago. Still you can try other things which most likely will make you satisfied. 4. Price 5/5 - unbeatable. Thinking how much I paid for double room (receiving triple), I have no complains at all. It’s a must stay hotel if you travel this part of Iran.

It's a small, clean and quiet place. It's a three star hotel with 16 (or 18 ,not sure)rooms but its facilities is much more than a three star hotel. All staff were very polite and well trained specially Mehdi who was available for 24 hours, really helpful and friendly. Breakfast was a variety of fresh and delicious food...dairy products, juice, eggs sussage and..... Price was reasonable, very comfortable and safe. Location is very good, easy access to city center, shopping center and restaurants.
