Reviewed By pawel_hbgI have quite mixed feelings. We stayed in Deluxe room with large balcony. However there was no sun there after 14:00. They have big parking. Room had small tv and very noisy fridge. We couldn't sleep. Bed was also not comfortable. Breakfast OK, service very kind.

Very bad
Reviewed By Irina949This is a very expensive hotel - 146PLN for one person per night. I stayed here 6 nights.i wanted to stay only 3 nights but the hotel disagree to cancel my stay and refuse to pay me money back! We are not in 1990's but 2014 ! The breakfast was terrible, no internet in the rooms, no soap or shampoos. When on the 3d day I wanted they clean my room - there was no cleaner! No change of the towels for 4 days. The TV programs are only in polish!

Excellent for the money
Reviewed By jaros_awd690It very well might be true what other reviews say - it is basic in every possible way, but at the same time it is great at it. Cozy, clean and cheap and both the staff and food are super nice. Within a short walk from the best restaurants. Quiet place in a quiet town.

very nice outside, old and smelly inside
Reviewed By 475luigilthe building looks very nice outside but inside is very old and not really clean. there is everywhere smell of smoke. we couldn't pay by card and they didn't even give us a formal receipt of the payement. our room was cold and smelly of smoke. toilet very old. we stayed one night and we prefered to avoid taking shower. is everything but romantic!

Very close localisation will let you rich Bledne Skaly or Szczeliniec very fast, even in walking distanse.Excellent food, beautiful , old style reception room which is also a dining room, nice , soft music will let you forget about your every day problems ...

Reviewed By Max KZajmowałem w sierpniu 2014r tak zwany „apartament familijny nr 2” w budynku pod nazwą „ Apartamenty Familijne ” w Kudowie Zdrój przy ul. Zdrojowej 36b. Niekiedy jest to pod odnośnikiem „ Perełka” . Jest to ścisłe centrum miasta, przy skrzyżowaniu głównych ulic. Budynek znajduje się na piętrze nad barem szybkiej obsługi. Znajduje się ok 3 metrów od głównej ruchliwej ulicy Zdrojowej , na wprost parku Zdrojowego, vis a vis bocznego lewego / frontowego/ wejścia do parku. Za budynkiem duży plac parkingowy gdzie można za darmo pozostawić samochód. Parking dozorowany w ciągu dnia a potem zamykany na kłódkę. Opłata za dobę wynajmu tego apartamentu to 190 PLN. Apartament , bez balkonu, z internetem WI-FI oraz TV SAT składa się z dwóch sypialni o powierzchni ok 10 metrów kwadratowych , w jednej podwójne łózko w drugiej dwa pojedyncze. W każdym pokoju szafa , brak krzeseł. Jeden pokój z dwoma łóżkami ma ponadto niewielką komodę z szufladami. Wewnątrz przestronna łazienka połączona z WC , wyposażona w prysznic/ kabina duża przestronna, nawet dwie osoby mogą naraz się wykąpać/. W łazience także umywalka, okno. Powierzchnia łazienki ok. 5-6 metrów kwadratowych. Obok wnęka kuchenna przerobiona prawdopodobnie z WC na co wskazuje jej rozmiar tj : szerokość ok 100 cm a długość ok 2 metry. Brak okna. Wewnątrz dwie umywalki z tego jedna niewielka , wystarczająca do umycia dłoni/ prawdopodobnie pozostałość dawnego WC/ i druga dostawiona obok- głęboka, metalowa, przeznaczona do mycia naczyń. Kuchenka to jednostanowiskowy palnik elektryczny. Ponadto mikroskopijna lodówka wystarczająca na złożenie kilku puszek z napojami, może trzech, czterech 100 gramowych opakowań z żywnością . Wnętrze tej wnęki kuchennej umożliwia pobyt tam tylko jednej osoby naraz. Do sypialni, wnęki kuchennej i łazienki wejście z korytarza bez okna, korytarz ten na planie kwadratu, o rozmiarach ok 5 metrów kwadratowych, z którego prowadzą 5 drzwi do sypialni, kuchni, łazienki i na klatkę schodową. Korytarz ten pełni funkcje korytarza i pokoju dziennego, ciągu komunikacyjnego, brak w nim okna. Pod sufitem korytarza , nad drzwiami jednej z sypialni, umocowany telewizor z dekoderem telewizji satelitarnej na „kartę” NC+ z podstawowymi programami telewizyjnymi w liczbie ok 10. Umieszczenie telewizora pod sufitem uniemożliwia dłuższe niż 5-10 minutowe oglądanie telewizji z uwagi na zagrożenie skręcenia kręgów szyjnych od wykręcania głowy do góry pod kątem niemal 90 stopni. Korytarz ten ma niewielką wnękę gdzie wstawiony jest na stałe, umocowany do podłogi stół i 4 przesuwne krzesła. W korytarzu brak szafy, znajduje się tam z mebli tylko wieszak. Apartament ten nie spełnia definicji „apartamentu” z powodu na szczupłość miejsca. Wnętrza schludne, wszystkie podłogi wyłożone takimi samymi płytkami ceramicznymi . Miejsce idealne dla osób chcących mieszkać w samym centrum kurortu skąd wszędzie blisko , bez wymagań co do standardu ale nie nadaje się dla lubiących spokój albowiem słychać w dzień i w nocy nieustanny „ryk” przejeżdżających ulicą samochodów, nawet mimo zamkniętych okien oraz nocne „ryki i wycie”, wrzaski pijanej młodzieży i kuracjuszy wracających tamtędy w środku nocy z alkoholowych biesiad , co zdarza się niemal codziennie. Trzeba nastawić się na uciążliwe hałasy o najmniej spodziewanych porach nocy np. północ czy 3 nad ranem. Szczególnie jest to uciążliwe latem gdy z powodu wysokiej temperatury trzeba mieć otwarte okna. W bezpośrednim sąsiedztwie liczne sklepy, lokale gastronomiczne , bankomaty. Dla chcących spokoju ten sam właściciel oferuje na uboczu apartamenty „Perełka” przy ulicy Warszawskiej 1A. Standard sytuuje ten obiekt na poziomie zwykłego podwójnego pokoju a nie apartamentu, w tym przypadku ta nazwa jest nadużyciem. Cena najmu przeszacowana o co najmniej 30 %.

Przystępne ceny, dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, duża jadalnia oraz ogród ze sprzętem do grillowania. Dodatkowo istnieje możliwość gry w squosha.
