Reviewed By Phayao13Accommodation in an apartment with many beds, well-equipped kitchen, possibly a little cramped with one bathroom when all the beds are filled. A little construction work is going on, but nothing that bothers. The only miscalculation was the quality of the pillows which were of the simplest kind.

Awful entry but pleasant surprise
Reviewed By betterthanMichelinThis is a small hotel right on the walking mall. The entrance is dingy and locked and the flight upstairs is old and dark. The reception counter looks like a flop house. Then it gets better. Much better! The rooms are larger than you would expect. Certainly not stylish but everything you need. Staff was great. The breakfast included is on a par with hotels costing twice as much! If you need to stay at the Ritz Carlton, you're not going to be happy but if you can handle a basic hotel, this will be a gem.

Reviewed By AndyLSthWe stayed at the cottage (for 3-4 person). Clean and cosy. Beautiful scenary and green surrounding. We paid for the breakfast, the foods were nicely packed in the fridge and self service. They offered lunch buffet, mostly sallads, cold dishes and two warm dishes. Interestingly, they housed a big art exhibition of their famous hand crafted art pieces. Remember to clean the cottage before leaving. Recommended.

Reviewed By ThaulowPIf you are like me and are trying to get the best out of the corona situation. one that believe in supporting the restaurants and hotels and still have hope in humanity, then don't book here. these guys don't show any compassion at all. even though we would like to here, the circumstances does not allow it because sweden has its own borders closed. instead of the property helping a customer in need, these guys will milk you if there is an inconvenience. I'm not entitled to get my money back but abusing the corona situation to get money is low. i would say that in my life, this is the worst service ever encountered. thanks for making 2020 an even worse year

Great location, basic hotel
Reviewed By UgurdAs has been pointed out this is more lika a hostel in that the rooms are small and basic. The bed linen was not to my liking, the cloth was not smooth. Breakfast was fine and the buffet was ok but with a limited selection. The thing you have to get used to is the lack of alcohol (maybe due to principles?) There is not much to choose between though if you want a base here to explore the surrounding part of the wilderness road. If you need a glass of wine visit the big camping site.

Started with exceptional service at check-in after arriving with the night train. Ida with her hospitality made check-in super easy and invited us to their gorgeous breakfast buffet, with is a MUST - Best start of any day! Shaz with his kindness made sure our room stood ready and ready to assist with any request. Albin, our attentive host at dinner, not to mention the amazing meal made with local ingredients by Fjällsätras chef! Don't forget to book a self-care session with Sibylla who offers Ayurveda massage. Last my not least, the outdoor sauna with a huge glass window to enjoy the views! Needless to say, this gem, perfectly located between Åre and the mountains, provides a stay with plenty of opportunities to enjoy your stay! Thank you Willie & My for transforming this historical building to the beautiful boutique hotel it is today. We will be back!

Reviewed By AndreasB3Sorry to say but not a very nice experience. Just needed to make a stop, with kids. Asked for a family room. Lady on the phone said 1200 SEK. I said ok. Arrived and waited to help at reception. The guy asked for 1290 SEK and did ignored when I mentioned the price given. The “family room” was a be sofa for me and double decker for the kids. Clean but not very comfortable. And no space. Broken remote to the TV. Breakfast was a bad experience. Grabbed the juice bottle and felt I had to go and wash my hands. Wanted tea water and had to look for a guy who did not speak the local language outside, smoking. Generally bad experience and expensive for such poor room and poor breakfast. If you are an interior designer with even poor taste, don’t go here. You will get a breakdown. Or a good laugh.

Leopold Boutique Hotel - det lilla mysiga hotellet mitt i centrala Östersund. Vi erbjuder 7 rum, samtliga med egen wc/dusch. Fastigheten som vi huserar i är från 1914 och det har alltid funnits kommersiellt boende här. Vi försöker återskapa den gamla stilen och inreder med tidsenliga möbler från sekelskiftet.
Charmigt hotell mitt i stan.
Reviewed By CissiWGod frukost med hembakat bröd. De nya sängarna är mycket sköna. Charmiga men något enkla rum. Fina sällskapsrum med antika möbler. Trevlig personal som gör vistelsen personlig. Saknade dock hårblås och förstoringsspegel för makeup, vilket borde vara lätt att fixa. Läget är mycket bra.
