We stood here in June 2019. The rooms are very clean. Everything works: hot water, air conditioning etc. The interior garden is beautiful, quiet and refreshing. We took some alleys towards the beach, arriving there in 10 min. But the real "asset" of this property are the hosts. This family - especially the lady of the house - is so warm and welcoming, and eager to meet all your needs that really made us feel like we came at friends for a visit! Congratulations! If we need to come to Costinesti again, we will come here for sure!

The locatin is really amazing, the view with the shipwreck si fantastic. The beach is 50 m in front of motel. And we had a great lunch with all sort of seafood from the Black Sea like hamsii with polenta, ships, mussels and vongole, squid, calcan in wine sauce, and the quantity was enormous. Like really you can eat a lot for 30 euro or less.

We never really got to actually go there because they cancelled our reservation. We booked 3 double rooms on booking.com where it clearly stated that we were going to pay the whole price when we get there so there was no payment in advance needed. After a few days we got a mail saying that our reservation was cancelled because we did not pay the payment in advance. Upon calling they told us that even though on booking it said no payment is required it actually is and when they didnt receive it in 24 hours they just cancelled the reservation and gave our rooms to someone else. The person on the phone also said that they sent us a mail requesting this payment, however, no mail of that type was recieved by us. Really disappointed as it was the only option we had and now the whole holiday is cancelled. Will never recommend this location to anyone because of that.

This year was the third consecutive year I came to this location. In no year was there a lack of cleanliness, punctuality, promptness, but also the hospitality of the owner. Comparing with the multitude of offers that the entrepreneurs from Costinesti make available, the best quality / price ratio was here at Vila Nautica, and the conditions satisfy even the most demanding young people (us) as well as adults. But the surprise, which is also the main reason why I came back every year, either for more or less days depending on the program, was the owner, for whom respect and good understanding between guests and guests and and guests and owner it is of great importance , which mattered a lot to me. Among the many qualities I want to highlight a few such as: understanding, receptivity, is a person of speech (very few nowadays), but last but not least the humor, as well as the diversity and complexity of the discussions left me pleasantly surprised. I recommend.

The first time I would start with the administrator of the pension, Mr. Vasile who had an arrogant attitude throughout our stay and you are treated with superiority. The cleaning was done only once in 6 days, the towels were changed only twice and the shower cabin was never cleaned. The food is small for their prices, you can't pay with the card (I found out at the table) and we were forced to pay cash on the spot, the waitress waiting at the table until we decided to withdraw cash (we were not told!). The account statement for 3 people for 5 nights was 825 lei for 2 meals / day. They only arrived for 1 meal a day, so clearly don't opt for half board or full board because you won't have enough money. We had to keep the air conditioning at 18 degrees, because at 16 degrees floods those below us. And then you ask yourself, where are the 4 stars? When there are people outside who have vulgar conversations, they also swear near children and nobody attract their attention at all. The good parts of our experience are the food which is ok, the frappe very good, the waiters were sensible towards the administrator, and the rooms are spacious and beautiful, the sea view is ok. In conclusion, it is a pension of maximum 3 stars, not 4 stars! We will not return due to the behavior of Mr. Vasile who would not spoil a little openness and common sense towards customers!

Maria, Doru and their daughter Alecsandra are very lovely and friendly people. Nothing is too much trouble and they go out of their way to help you, the staff are also friendly and helpful. The rooms are large and airy and have air conditioning. They are clean and if you want you can have a balcony, ours had a sea view. It is 3 minutes from the beach and within walking distance of some nice restaurants. You have a fully kitted kitchen where you can make your meals and in the garden there is a purpose built barbecue where you can enjoy the eveving sun relaxing with friends. If you want you can go into the town centre which is a nice walk along the beach path or the main road, but be prepared because it is very, very busy. There are lots of shops and eating places. If you decide to holiday in Costinesti you will enhance your enjoyment if you stay at Casa Blanca. Ray and Julia

This is a nice little hotel on the beach in Costinesti, very clean, and staff was very friendly and helpful. All the rooms have tv, a private bathroom with shower, a balcony and free wifi for guests. We had a room with a sea view, and we watch the sunrise every morning. It was wonderful. Also they have a restaurant with a terace, and the food is absolutly great, fresh and tasty. I wish I could take some foods at home with us ? I think June is the best month to go in Costinesti, as is not crowded, and is very relaxing. We'll come back for sure for more excellent food and a sea view room. ?

After two nights we asked them if we could stay one more night and they agreed. Even if it’s not near the beach, it’s a nice place to stay on a quiet street. They recomended us a restaurant where we ate every meal because the food there was great!
