Brick Design Hotel is a part of Stroganov Academy townhouse that is more than 100 years old, but was modernized with all contemporary amenities. In nine rooms guests can enjoy a plenty of quiet and space, sophisticated design, including midcentury vintage items, Wi-Fi, television, air conditioning, etc. Two rooms are equipped with a kitchen.
Difficult to find until you get used to the area but after that very easy via a shortcut. A nice, modern hotel, clean bedroom and bathroom. The staff (friendly and helpful) replied quickly to my emails about a transfer from the station. Only a 20 minute walk from Red Square. My room had no view but that really wasn’t an issue. I wasn’t really impressed with the breakfast provided as there wasn’t any cereals or hot food, although there was fresh orange juice and the coffee was good.

Very comfortable room overlooking trees and greenery at the back of the building. Really nice rainshower. My room was spacious and clean! I enjoyed breakfast (scrumptious pancakes with sour cream and cherries!) and the two dinners I had at the hotel very much. Good English at Reception and in the restaurant, and very pleasant staff. It might be a bit out of the way if you don't have a car.

We saw very positive reviews by TripAdvisor followers and never regretted our choice. This is just what you'd expect from a three-star hotel - good location in the downtown, guarded parking (for three cars, less than five bucks a day!!!), extremely clean everywhere inside, cozy rooms, decent breakfast and SMILES. Yes, smiles in the country where they are not a mask for every passer-by but a treasured souvenir. It's an old wholly-renovated early XXth century mansion with no elevator - but with a huge bellboy (actually, a bellgiant) so no worries. Rooms are different, take ## 12, 13 (our choice) and 14 - they are the coziest. One can mention among disadvantages few sockets, a powerless hair-dryer, lack of rugs on the (plastic) floor and sound insulation which leaves much to be desired if the property is packed. Don't be disapponted to find no slippers and bathrobes in your room, just inform the staff and they'll be fetched at a symbolic price. Some reviews in Russian say that windows are not that cold-proof but this was not our experience. To make a long story short - a sound three-star thingamejig. We'd return there. And - yes! - you may book not just a room but a concrete number.

Small family owned hotel in historical centre of Yaroslavl. Breakfasts included in room price. Try our European and Russian cuisine in original presenting.
The hotel is located in a quiet center. Ten minutes from the Yaroslavl Kremlin. The hotel does not have its own parking, but there is free public parking right in front of the entrance. Our room was not stylish but was large enough, had everything we needed and had a very high ceiling. The staff is polite and the price was good for a large room with a fairly basic breakfast.

"Esenin" is a cosy hotel in the historical heart of Murom. We adhere to the principles of individual approach and attention to detail, so you will feel home comfort during your stay at ours. Our hotel is located in a beautifully refurbished 19th-century mansion in the centre of Murom in the vicinity of the main attractions of the city. 12 comfortable rooms will allow you the peace and enjoy
Service at a perfect 'European' level here, without the quirks which we often experienced in hotels on the Golden Ring. Located straight in the historical centre, right outside the main monasteries of Murom, but in a quiet street without any traffc. At arrival, and in the evening, the sawovar is ready to provide a fresh cup of tea. Spacious room, overheated, but that's unavoidable the Russian winter. In the morning, they provide a two course cooked breakfast, so we often didn't even touch the bread.

Ples is the unique city. A place where time stands still, preserving the days long gone. This is one of the few places where you can enjoy the atmosphere of the 19th century, a walk along the cozy old streets, with houses in the traditional Ples style with carved architraves and shady gardens, enjoy the breathtaking views of the Volga River, visit numerous museums, churches and art exhibitions. We offer our guests a variety of entertainment options - from traditional hiking excursions in the Ples surrounding to foraging for mushrooms and berries, fishing on the Volga River, water skiing and “vatrushka” toboggan in summer and alpine and cross country skiing, snowboarding in winter. We love Ples and appreciate the history of these places - on this very spot, between the small Shohonka and the great Volga, a thousand years ago there was a meeting between the two tribes, that gave rise to the Russian people, and the two cultures that combined in thousand years old Russian culture. Today this place attracts like a magnet, it attracts attention with beauty of untouched nature, pleases the heart with its vast beautiful landscapes! Here everyone will find something of their own!
A real gem in Ples Russia. Every detail is spot on and made to make you feel so welcome. Would love to have stayed longer and cannot recommend enough. Staff are always smiling and go out of their way to help. The meal in the restaurant was of an exceptional quality too...
