We stayed at the caribe over Mother’s Day weekend. We stayed in the double queen suite and were very happy with the room. We got a pack and play for my daughter which also was clean and no hassle. The pool area was very nice and my son really enjoyed the slide! The whole resort was very clean and had a nice vibe. There was a DJ at the pool most days. We did not utilize the shuttle and Ubered to and from the parks which cost about $25 each way because we needed an Uber with a car seat. Over all the resort was nice but the food options were low quality and very expensive as well as the cocktails. $20 for a margherita at the pool bar. We paid almost $150 for lunch and we felt robbed. We did not get breakfast at the buffet but went to the cafe instead and it was $20 for 2 eggs and a few hash browns that honestly tasted like they were from a gas station. They also forgot to include the bacon I paid for. The staff at the cafe were not nice or friendly either. We got room service one night and it was probably the best thing we had from the resort-cheeseburger and pizza. We were going to complain but at that point we just agreed not to eat at the resort anymore and ordered out ubereats ever other meal. We saw many people doing the same. Overall the resort was very nice but we really enjoy good meals so we would not stay here again unless the food improved.

The bathoom was not cleaned properly. There were hairs in the tub, toothpaste that wasn't mine on the sink, no trash can liner either. The floor was not vacuumed, and there was garbage on the floor from someone else meal....Just was not what I was expecting to experience based on what was paid for the room and parking.

Our first visit to Orlando and the Hyatt regency grand cypress. First impressions were good, the hotel is huge and it’s quite an impressive foyer/building when you arrive. Check-in was speedy and friendly. The room was nice, good bathroom and well furnished, though there was a small issue that there was not enough storage for the 4 of us (2 adults & 2 children), we coped but it was a pain. The breakfast was awesome and the pool area was fabulous, the kids loved it. There are lots of activities that you can do that are all included too, pitch and putt, climbing wall and kayaks… oh and bikes! The service round the pool was excellent and although the drinks were expensive, they were good, as was the food at the pool bar. Location wise… it is great for all the parks… Disney and universal were close and there were loads of fantastic restaurants nearby too. Ubers were really easy and great value. The staff at the hotel were really friendly as was pretty much everyone we met in the US.

They charge many fees that you can think. Also employees were not nice. They charge me $230 more and when I tried to call them and ask in the check out they didn't handle anything I had to dispute with my bank. Also they stole 2 towels that I brought

The place was clean and fun. Lots to do in the resort to keep kids busy. Everyone was friendly and very helpful. The waterside are well maintained. The cabanas are a little expensive but we did use one for one day. Came in handy. Only left the hotel once for a magic dinner show and the kids never got bored.

Decided to try a weekend trip package and I couldn't be more thrilled with the level of service I've received along the way. The staff always seem happy, the amenities are clean and welcoming, the food and drinks are delicious and priced right for a vacation (not going to break the bank) and the pools are a ton of fun. On top of that the suites are decked out with everything you could want or need. We're celebrating our son's tenth birthday and he is having THE BEST time right here at the resort. We will absolutely consider coming back for a future stay, most likely next year!

Great resort for my conference but rent a car if you want to go anywhere. Nothing within walking distance. No airport shuttle service. Taxi was $40 for a one way 17-minute ride. I will find out how much to return in the morning. Great restaurants. You won't go hungry. All staff very friendly. Room very clean. Beds are ok. I have a bad back, so I am very picky.

Imagine yourself sharing the spotlight with some of your favorite Disney friends, as you headline your very own all-star adventure. Stay at a Disney Resort hotel that salutes the legends of Disney films-from the dotted pups of 101 Dalmatians to the playful toys of Andy's Room- with whimsical, larger-than-life décor.
This is one of my favorite Disney hotels. The reason is the short walk to the buses and the food court, plus the hand dipped ice cream rather than just the mickey bars.. The pool is smaller and with less panache but there are plenty of umbrellas and I was able to get one every single day of my stay. When will Disney realize that there are rarely any one in the sun drenched lawn chairs but rather every one is huddled under the umbrellas. Rooms were standard and comfortable and I especially liked the glass shower doors. Also the food was very good unlike the okay food at the moderate hotels we stayed in previously. Good price, good food, easy transportation and hand dipped ice cream.

It saved us a lot of money on food and the staff was wonderful, especially Ms Vicky! Ms. Vicky made us feel as if we were guests in her home!
