I was in the US from the UK, and fancied trying some shooting. Windham Indoor Shooting Range was excellent - Jay the instructor took the time to explain how everything worked on both an AR15 and an automatic pistol before we hit the range, and gave me some great tips to get the best out of the experience. The shooting itself was a lot of fun. I added an hour’s range time to the time they recommended, which meant I had an hour of long gun and an hour of pistol which I’d strongly recommend. If I find myself in southern Maine again I’d definitely revisit. Strongly recommended.

Found it by accident, noticed the road sign reading, Covered Bridge Road, off of River Road, a nice little gem over the Presumpscott River. Private property on all sides of the bridge, so don't park on anyone's grass or driveway. There is a small space to pull over and take a few pictures.
