Very special fort, much less touristy and fascinating history. Great tour by knowledgeable tour guid, Emman Kobbi Bills. Would highly recommend visiting off-the-beaten track and historically very interesting.

Busua beach is fantastic stretch of sand and clean, warm sea. Locals are super friendly and helpful without being intrusive, just always on hand if you need anything. Lots of great bars dotted along the beach where you can get the days catch cooked fresh.

Nzulezo is a village built entirely on stilts on Lake Amansuri. It is constructed out of wood and raffia with one central walkway and to dozen houses on either side. The only way to get there is to travel 5km on the lake in a local canoe. The most striking feature thet catches the eye at nzulezo are the wooden accommodation facilities hanging some five feet above the lake level. Visitors to the village are welcomed by the NZULEZO STILT VILLAGE TOUR MANAGEMENT.
It was an amazing experience at the of nzulezo. Our tour guide Francis was very fantastic. He's such an experienced tour guide.
