The Loddon Visitor Information Centre is one of the many services located in the original Wedderburn Primary School now the Wedderburn Community Centre. We have essential information including township and gold maps for visitors, offer an internet cafe for a nominal charge, introduce visitors to the Eucalyptus Discovery Centre, offering the history and heritage of local eucalyptus oil production and guided tour of the original primary school.
No better place to start to get the best Loddon experience. My family and I called in and saw the staff at the Wedderburn Information Hub / Community House and were blown away with the help we were given. Local produce, current information and a plethora of maps on hand to assist with all my requirements... I did call back in on the way home however due to Coronavirus it was unfortunately shut for the time being. If you’re on the Calder and looking for a place to eat, rest or explore then I’d recommend you call in there first and check it out.

We came from Albury to visit...what a fantastic place . Absolutely lovely volunteers who show you through...so much to see and take in.Talk about a trip down memory lane from my childhood!!,, At the end we had Devonshire tea ...topped the visit off. Thank you to the knowledgeable volunteers.

Interesting pit stop to view the statues of two local war heroes (Albert Jacka and Albert Borella). Also features a great playground and sculptures. At the back of park are toilets and shaded picnic area One of the nicest parks I’ve seen in Victoria
