The 6000 square foot center dedicated to country and bluegrass music was opened on January 5, 1997.
Every Saturday night, you can sit comfortably and listen to local talented country musicians, singing their written songs or songs from the country-western charts. Restrooms are clean & handicap accessible. Inexpensive snacks are available for purchase. Get there early for front row seats.

Years ago Double Trouble was a cranberry bog that not grew and harvested them, but did the packaging and shipping. People lived there. Time marched on. The family that owned the land turned it over to the state. Now you can swim, canoe, raft, and have fun in the clean water of Cedar Creek....along with Fido. Double Trouble is dog friendly. A lot of the old buildings are still there still holding a lot of the old contents. There are many trails to walk and explore the area. And, if you are lucky, you'll find the old family cemetery (which is still active) hidden away (and I do mean hidden) in the forest. Needless to say, we've been there more than once, and always find something new to explore and enjoy.

I recently joined this library and l am amazed about their level of service. They offer something for everyone, children, seniors, students, music, movies and book lovers and it is free! I now can request electronic books so l visit them at least once a month.

This business is only a couple of years old but according to the owner has exploded in popularity. I've now visited LBI ATV twice, once for a bachelor party when the business was very new and once just for fun with a bunch of friends. The owners are very nice and extremely laid back. My review will cover my most recent experience since they've changed quite a few things since my first time.
The owners run this business from their house, which backs right up to the Pine Barrens (a vast open park system with tons of ATV trails). When you arrive, the owners immediately make you feel like you are right at home. You sign the obligatory waivers because of course you will be riding very powerful machines and there is a chance you could get seriously hurt. You then go in their backyard where they have their ATVs lined up. We came with a group of 6 people and we all had our own ATV (I think they might even have a few more for larger groups). The owner supplies the helmets but asks that you wear some sort of eye protection and long pants (gloves highly recommended when tree branches smack you as you ride). They then walk you through an overview of how the ATVs work. All of them are clutchless so shifting gears is very easy. Also, if you are not comfortable with shifting gears, you can have the owner leave the ATV in 3rd gear and that should be fine to still have an awesome time. You will rarely need the lower gears for torque and higher gears for speed so staying in 3rd gear would still yield a great experience.
The owner and his son then team up and one rides in the front and one in the back to make sure everyone is safe. They then take you through miles of trails and you follow along. Every 20 minutes or so they stop at a large open area with tracks and gears where you can do whatever you want. The owners hang out and snap pictures. There's a ton of freedom as they really let you do whatever you want. Go through deep puddles, steep inclines etc. All at your own risk of course. There's also numerous quarries and other trials that you get taken on.
2 hours is the perfect amount of time. It seems like a nice long time to get to do what you want without getting losing interest. When you get back, you notice that your knees and muscles are quite sore. The owner provides towels to clean off. We decided to go straight through tons of puddles so we were completely muddy. Others decided to remain a little cleaner. You will always get dirty to some degree though, that's kind of hard to avoid.
We then hung out with the owner and his wife and they provided drinks and snacks. The owner later sends all the pictures he took via a private internet link. Additionally, he likes to select one or two pictures to feature on his main website.
All in all, this is a great experience. The owner also mentioned he does day trips where you cover large distances within the Pine Barrens. I will certainly be coming back for more.

At least five slides, monkey bars, a plastic rock wall makes this a fun time for my child. Lots of kids on the equipment, but it didn't seem crowded. Plenty of parking as well. Nearby stores for treats before or afterward. Pretty well kept, just some graffiti on one of the slides. Lots of garbage cans for trash and recyclables as well. Would definitely come here again, Library is almost cater-corner from the park as well.

Green Hat Kiteboarding has one of the best locations to learn how to kiteboard/ kitesurf. Lessons are taught on a small island in Barnegat Bay; in an area with flat, waist deep water. We have been teaching kiteboarding lessons for 10 years and all instructors are IKO certified. Our lessons are specific to each student and our instructors make this a fun learning experience.
Vadim guided my daughter through her first lesson with patience, skill, and the perfect balance of motivation and consideration. She got up and had a couple of long runs on her first lesson, way more that I was expecting. She is hooked, can't wait for her next session back at Kite Island with the Greenhat team.
The location doesn't get any better, perfect for learning, with shallow water in all directions, reliable wind, plenty of room in the staging area, and not too crowded.
I strongly recommend Greenhat, they are great in all aspects.

Play Day Place is all about discovery and adventure, and promotes kids’ agility of both mind and body through the energetic and imaginative play opportunities our facility provides. Play Day Place offers our new indoor inflatable Basketball Zone and enclosed Soccer Arena with over-sized soccer balls, twin structurally-engineered Rock Climbing Walls equipped with automatic repelling systems which guarantee secure landings, and a 3-Tier Soft Play Structure where kids can investigate a variety of items including tubes, a slide, cargo climb, zip line, balance beam walkway and more. Our BRAND NEW, LARGE “Imaginative Play” rooms provide kids with three unique opportunities; they can aspire to be creative chefs or hungry patrons in our fully equipped “50s” Diner, enjoy the educational roles of both teachers and students in our School Classroom, and “practice” medicine as nurses or doctors in our Toy Hospital. We also feature a Toddler Room and a Virtual Game May Play Area.
Dark and dingy. Mostly inflatables placed into a warehouse. Toddler area consists of a sectioned-off area with ball pit and a couple of rocking horses, nothing stimulating nor different than what I have at home (minus the sectioned-off area.) There is a separate bounce area for toddlers. For older children, there is also a bounce house, an inflatable maze-like house among two or three other things (including a climbing area similar to what's available at some McDonald's play areas, and at McD their play area is free.) Price is $10.99 a day, but if you leave and come back it's another $6 charge. Maybe I'll take my child there when they are older and it's a day when they can't go outside, but for now, I'll pass. Take a tour for yourself before you commit to paying for a day,

This unique shop offers a wonderful collection of Toys (example: Steiff animals & Alexander dolls), Gift items for adults & children, and also quality Antiques among other hand-crafted items found in the shop.
