Every HOPPER HOUSE TOUR is a private tour for your group ONLY! YOU WILL DRIVE YOUR OWN CAR - only ONE car may follow guide's car. Two-way radios will be used to communicate car-to-car. Fall is such a great time for a tour that takes you on back roads and hidden places to see the vistas and beautiful light where Edward and Josephine Hopper painted prolifically in the early 1930s. Hopper painted the tour guide's family farm five times as well as nearby homes where she has been a guest numerous times. You will enjoy seeing rural Truro & learning about a combination of art, history, architecture & the changes to the treeless landscape since Hopper painted. Lisbeth Wiley Chapman, Tour Guide, will meet you in the parking lot for Highland Light Lighthouse, North Truro, driving a light blue Subaru Crosstrek. One tour a day at 9:30 a.m. - only one car at a time, so please load up your family & friends. Bathrooms are very scarce this year, so plan accordingly. Go to bottom of website to book.

Not only is there a wide selection of cards, stationery, notebooks, gift wrap, etc., but they are all works of art. Don’t go looking for Hallmark cards here because what you’ll find is the most unique one-of-a-kind card and related items. The most surprising part is that they are all very very affordable. We are a family friendly Sport Fishing Charter service. We specialize in helping novice to mid level anglers and families enjoy a memorable day on the water. Older folks appreciate the fully enclosed Salon and young families welcome the below deck private bathroom. We have an excellent, experienced full time mate who is a High School teacher in the “off” season. He gets along easily with young children and young adults. We offer lobstering and private whale watches as part of a combination fishing charter. We depart daily from the scenic Pamet Harbor in Truro or Provincetown Harbor. We have one boat, The Nauset, and Joe Francis, with over 40 years of experience, will captain every charter that is booked. We are not a booking agent for other captains. Let us help you make your vacation to the outer Cape a memory that will last a lifetime.

This lighthouse was the first light sailors glimpsed when reaching this side of the Atlantic Ocean.
You can’t pass up seeing the first light house in Cape Cod, which was commissioned by then President George Washington and built in the late 1700s.
