I have ordered Fiddle heads from them a few times as a gift for my Dad who loves them. They are so nice to talk with and getting your order together. Booked the VIP tour and was absolutely blown away. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and clearly cares deeply about the animals. This is NOT a zoo. If you expect it to be one you will be disappointed. The animals are in great condition and their enclosures are meticulously well maintained. Several bucket list items were checked off on this visit. Will absolutely go back.

The Float Cottage was not able to achieve suitable financing and was unable to open. We hope to revisit this project in several years. Thanks for your interest
