The staff here is terrific. From entering the Arena to navigating your way around to the service people. Everyone is polite, delightful and ready to help. I was very impressed with the staff here. We had a suite for the TSO show. Eighteen people. There were a few snafus, but we dealt with it and they made good when I brought it to the attention of the Suite manager. Everything is new and totally remodeled. Very clean and spacious. Cleveland should be very proud of this First Class Arena. Surely one of the best in the Country.

The Soldiers' and Sailors' Monument sits in the middle of Cleveland's Public Square. There are massive statues outside, and memorabilia inside, along with other sculptures and a list of everyone who lived in Cuyahoga county who fought in the Civil War. It's small, but definitely worth a visit.

I played only the "penny" slots for a couple of hours and walked away with $100 in winnings, free parking, a free buffet, and I met many interesting people. I will definitely be returning to this location soon.
