Of all the wineries we visited in 2 days of tastings around Seneca Lake, the best rieslings we had we here at Herman J Wiemer. We tasted all of the rieslings offered on their tasting menu and each one was excellent! If you have an opportunity to meet Oscar, the owner, he is such a lovely person to chat with! The rest of the staff we interacted with were also kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. Do not miss this winery!!

Keuka Overlook is a Winery and a Bed & Breakfast Inn. Both businesses are located high atop a hill overlooking gorgeous Keuka Lake. The winery serves many different award winning wines, while the B&B hosts 4 beautiful Guest Rooms within a large Victorian home remodled for outstanding comfort. Fulkerson Winery is one of the older wineries on Seneca Lake. Their history is amazing. Their fresh grape every fall is a sure sign of fall for home winemakers and jelly makers alike. They recently began bottling this liquid magic so you can enjoy it any time of year! Their wine list is diverse and loaded with accolades from the classic assortment of Riesling to varieties like Sauvignon Blanc, Syrah, and Dornfelder - you can truly find it all at Fulkerson! They also recently started offering horseback rides through the vineyards, a bucket list item for sure. Don't miss a stop at Fulkerson if you find yourself in the vicinity of Seneca Lake.

We learnt about the vineyard by the recommendation of Unoaked Chardonnay from Keg and Barrel brewery. We really enjoyed the extraordinary quality of chardonnay and decided to go for a wine tasting at the Vineyard. The whole family went there in the afternoon and were seated outdoor with a spectacular view of Lake Keuka and the mountains in the background. They served us their wines from locally grown grapes and we loved all the wines we tasted. The quality and taste of wine is one of the best we ever had. Based on this tasting we bought a box wines comprising unoaked chardonnay, chardonnay, cabernet franc, cabernet france rose', semi-dry riesling, and superavi. We had a such a great experience with the awesome hospitality during the tasting and during our wine purchase, we plan to buy more wine online and go back there on our repeat visit to the finger lakes.

My husband loves the cheese curds here. We also decided to take home the cranberry jack and the pizza jack which will be great on crackers. The farm is conveniently close to Watkins Glen.

Stunning lake views and excellent wines. Very knowledgeable staff. Wines are top quality and slightly expensive but the love and quality were there.

We had a great tasting here at Barnstormer! Della was our sommelier, very nice and knowledgeable. Good wines and really nice atmosphere.

Magnus Ridge is our favorite winery in the Finger Lakes. Their wines are outstanding and their tastings are fabulous! I am craving some of their wonderful Chardonnay right now and am delighted to hear that they are following safe protocols during the Covid crisis. I can't wait to get there for curbside service! They are obviously intelligent and responsible business owners who care about the faithful customers and employees. Bravo!
