Come join us at the Colorado Adventure Park, Fraser's most exciting tubing hill! We have four different runs ranging from easy to most difficult, so there's something for everyone! We also have snowscoots that are mini snowmobiles for kids between the ages of 6 and 13! Perfect for kids who are craving a little more than tubing. Young kids? No problem, we have a mini sledding hill for children under the age of 3 that is free of charge! Come in or call us today for more information! We look forward to seeing you on the hill!
We went for two hours. Had a blast the entire time. We tried a double tub with our 6 year old and traded it in for two singles. That just better suited our needs. And she eventually had fun going alone! Great activity and will do again.

I have to admit to approaching the breakfast ride with some trepidation. I don't particularly like horses but wanted to treat the family to a U.S. horseback experience. Furthermore, my feeling was that spending in excess of $300 was fairly outrageous and incredibly extravagant. However, from start to finish I have to say that I was won over by the service forwarded. Craig, our wrangler, was first class. He was fun, informative and we all felt incredibly comfortable with him leading the party. The breakfast was enjoyed by all, the wranglers cooked up a storm (great pancakes) and entertained us throughout. Our route took us through woodland, meadows and offered some stunning scenery. We were visiting from England and in our three weeks in Colorado we undertook all sorts of fun and engaging activities but the horseback riding was my family's favourite. May, my 10 year old loved every minute of the ride, she particularly liked Craig who she said was 'the nicest person in Colorado'! That either says a lot about Craig or Colorado!! Anyway, from someone who isn't a horse fan and who doesn't like being taken for a ride....financially...I have to say I'd do it all over again. Thanks for a great experience.

Worst customer service experience ever. When called to advise room given was across the hall from outside door and next to housekeeping, asked to switch rooms because of noise. Front desk lady said we could leave if unhappy. So disappointed since we have been coming...MoreOur apologies, this certainly doesn't sound like the level of service we're known for. Could you shoot us further details regarding your stay, including the specific lodging property you stayed at, to [email protected]? We'd like to look into this a bit more.

We arrived early, parked right at the top and ALL got a tube.
This was ONE of the highlights to our Colorado vacation.
I asked the person giving out tubes if 90 minutes was enough, only to find out for myself that it was more than enough !!
Highly recommended.

Granby Ranch is one of Colorado's best kept secrets and great for that family getaway. Located in Granby Colorado, Granby Ranch offers 35 ski trails covering 2 mountains, six terrain parks, ski and ride school, rentals, and convenient ski-in ski-out lodging. Granby Ranch Grill at the base of the mountain features delicious food for the whole family.
We have enrolled our kids at 3 different ski schools over the years and we found a winner here at Granby Ranch. Go see Paul Britt (manager) and his staff. They do an AMAZING job with their ski school. Less congested and less expensive then other places. I had the greatest joy as at the end of the day I was able to go down the bunny hill with my kids as they finished their lessons. Such great CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Drive the extra 25-30 minutes to ski and have kids in ski school in a wonderful family atmosphere. Also be sure to stop up on the 3rd floor of the lodge and see Nico, he’ll get you right with a couple of beverages, food and I recommend the chili

Our wranglers greeted our group and had horses lined up according to our experience and build. We set out for about an hour ride through the hills and the wranglers gave us the background of the ranch and explained its history. By the end of the trip, I was ready to move to Tabernash. It was a great experience and the wranglers were super friendly and very experienced!

Offers information on area tours and trails.
Convenient, but the staff seemed more interested in their conversations and smart phones. The literature was great and the trails were all marked on the maps.

Looking for thrilling, safe, Colorado mountain adventure? Come climb with us! Winter Park Adventure Quest (220 Cty Rd 522, Fraser) is home to a 35-foot-high aerial adventure park, where guests tackle 24 sky-high obstacles on a self-guided course. We also offer guided rock climbing tours in nearby Arapaho National Forest. Both activities are beginner friendly with some height/ability qualifications.
Went here with a fairly adventurous 14yo, exceedingly cautious 12yo, and super adventurous 11yo. And me, thinking of myself as a brave, outgoing 46yo mom! We all really enjoyed this place, spent almost all our time on the ropes course. The staff does a thorough job of explaining the safety procedures and how the safety clip system works.
There were only two other kids on the course while we were there. I could see it being a problem if the place is really crowded, but they do take reservations. My fairly adventurous daughter did every single course on both the low and high level. My exceedingly cautious nephew ended up doing most of the lower level courses. He said he was scared, but completed every course he started. My crazy adventurous daughter turned out to be more cautious, and she absolutely loved it. I only did the lower level courses, and some were downright scary!
Be sure to wear good athletic shoes and comfy clothing. Tshirts are best because the harness is very tight.
There is a nice little playground right there too, and all the kids enjoyed that afterwards.

Open 7 days a week during summer season. Thursday - Saturday during Winter.
We play at Pole Creek on a fairly regular basis and are never disappointed. They have 3 separate 9 hole courses and it's really fun to mix and match. I have never had a bad day -- even playing while it was snowing in September. The views are lovely. The course is difficult and has some very long holes, but they do give the ladies a nice advantage. The food isn't bad either in the club house. I have always found the staff to be friendly and helpful. For us, it's a nice way to spend 4 hours.
