Great diving and snorkeling area.
Amazing to snorkel. I stayed at faraana reef hotel in january and am booked to stay at reef oasis hotel next year booked these places specifically as I'd read it was good for snorkelling and it was. The second u put your feet in the water there are tons of coloured fish everywhere amazing the reef comes at you quick at the sides then drops over there are llatoons that you can walk out over there reff though the water underneath is so clear. There are fossils all in the sand cant wait to go back

Down to -30m and slowly up along a astonishing steep-edge reef (reaching down to >100m) to the Blue Hole with plenty of fishes and coralls.

You can see by my profile that while I don't dive frequently, I have dived all over the world. The Red Sea is a bucket list site for divers- not just me! We dove a handful of sites around Dahab and snorkeled in a lot of places as well and I have to say that the hype is real. Just thinking about it makes me emotional. Vivid, living reef, PACKED with sealife. Even the most casual snorkeling in front of our hotel revealed National Geographic level fish, morays, sea horses, stunning corals of all kinds. Watch out for those lion fish! Staggering, amazing, incredible- DIVES OF A LIFETIME!!!!

Wow..???? Wow..???? Wow..???? The Mosque is absolutely beautiful and is open to everyone and is a must to see if visiting Sharm.. I've not seen a Mosque like this from the outside and I've been to hundreds. It's like out of an Arabian fairytale. The right dress code to wear is located to the left of the main entrance and is free I hear.. I saw many many tourists taking photos of themselves in the Jilbab (long gown) and scarf and they looked really good in it. It is Free to go in and once inside the red patterned carpet and the lighting and architecture are just amazing. PLEASE NOTE: Respect the house of the Lord once inside the main hall, as I saw many many different.. "Especially girls" posing for photos as if they were on a catwalk or on a night out. PLEASE THINK and don't be disrespectful and lower your voices. One would do the same etiquette in a Church.. So PLEASE be respectful. We had the pleasure of going upstairs to the Grand Hall and let me tell you if you think the lower hall was amazing the Grand Prayer Hall upstairs was spectacular with huge lights and different coloured glass and Arabic verses from the Qur'aan. Overall it is a MUST to see if in Sharm. But please be respectful once inside the Mosque people.

We did a double session with the dolphins (half hour). Although I am always sad to see animals in captivity, I did this as a once in a lifetime experience. And it was that. We held their fins as they pulled us across the pool, we kissed them, played ball with them. The trainers were highly skilled and the show was also fantastic. Good photographs to take home with. Unbelievable experience really.. like a dream!
