Mi presento sono Giulia Giomarelli titolare di Bianco Rosso e Bollicine. Sono figlia di un produttore di vino, e affascinata da questo mondo, poiché, da sempre, le mie passioni sono state il buon vino, il buon cibo e la convivialita’. Con un po’ di fortuna e un po’ di tenacia riesco a vivere con le prime due, anche se, tuttavia, la terza non ha mai smesso di far parte della mia vita. Il 23/08/ 2014 dopo un esperienza di anni all’interno dell’ Az. di famiglia, ho deciso di mettermi in proprio coronando il mio sogno, aprendo la mia prima enoteca. Grazie anche al sostegno dei locali la mia ambizione e la voglia di crescere mi hanno portato ed inaugurare la nuova enoteca. L’enoteca incastonata tra soffitti a travi a mezzane, archi e pietra, offre circa 500 etichette che comprendono i grandi classici, i piccoli vignaioli indipendenti di tutte le regioni d’Italia ed una curata selezione di bollicine italiane e non. I vini vengono sempre accompagnati da piccoli e gustosi finger food.
