Debrigarh is 21kms from burla. The driving route from Hirakud Dam to Debrigarh is awsome. The road is near to the dam, so view is awsome. Spotting of wild life is gurantted if you are visiting debrigarh. Now the sanctuary authorities have stopped private vehicle inside the park, instead they are offering SAFARI vehicle having 8 seats, cost-rs2000 per trip for around 3hours. During our Safari, we spotted deer, sambar, wild boar, bosin or gaur, lots of peacocks and koel birds. Pease take food items with you, as you will not find any eatables there.Cottages near to the park is very costly, around rs5000 per day for double sharing room. so plan your trip accordingly.

The temple is situated on a hilltop and there are steps to reach there. We visit the place every Shivratri day and one has to stand in a queue due to the high number of pilgrims. Soothing atmosphere heals you and makes you forget all sorts of worries. Definitely visit the place if you're in Sambalpur.

The temple of Goddess Ghanteswri is on the bank of river Mahanadi. A nice picnic spot with panoramic views. The walk through narrow passage across the power channel flooded with water is indeed very thrilling experience.

Its surrounding containing a world-class fancy fence to protect them from any kind of accident. You could enjoy your trip with your kids especially.
