This was our first visit to the RanchoTexas theme park and was enjoyed by all of us. The park is very well maintained with beautiful areas to walk around, we loved the Dolphin show, Sea Lions and Birds of Prey displays and the youngsters loved having photographs taken with some of the animals. There is also a water park included in admission which although we did not use it looked fantastic. Lots of eating places and not too expensive either. Only problem we found was that it was not very well sign posted within the park and we spent sometime finding our way around. But only a small thing and didn’t spoil our experience. Loved seeing the white tiger and other wild cats too, enclosures were well maintained and the animals looked well cared for too.

Large beach kept spotlessly clean. Easy access into the sea. Sunbeds at 12 euros for 2 and a brolly good value. Have a chat to maurice the beach guy friendly and entertaining takes pride in his work and makes sure everyone is comfortable. Few touts up and down but all jovial and not pushy

Walked here most mornings from our apartments, it’s a lovely area with lots of restaurants and cafes. Nice to sit in the sun soaking up the atmosphere. Did a 2 hour boat trip from the harbour, 2 of the happiest English blokes owned the boat, and made it a lovely trip, probably the best we’ve been on! Enjoyed watching all the divers doing their thing! And feeding the fish in the harbour.

A pleasant walk with breaktaking views - steep steps from Peurto Del Carmen and further on if coming in other direction. Would not advise this for prams or anyone with mobility problems. Breathtaking views, did it in approx 1 hour with our 7 year old. Take water and wear sensible walking gear.

Great wee shopping centre which was very nice well dressed up for Xmas and new year! Good if you want to do a wee bit shopping whilst your kids can go up and play in the soft play adventure golf area with dad who hates shopping.. Kids loved the adventure golf as it’s full of dinosaurs .. soft play is tiny but in a very well dressed jungle cafe which is worth a look.

This is one small casino that I would love to return to frequently. As a blackjack player it does take a moment to become familiar with electronic betting, and as usual the auto-shuffle shoe throws up some unusual or even incredible sequences of cards. Nevertheless, when playing 2 hands and using a sensible betting system it is still possible to win 4 times out of 5 (each 1hr session). At quiet times electronic betting when only yourself is against the dealer promotes a great experience due to speed of play. Do not stay on the blackjack table when tourists are playing who are likely to upset the usual blackjack strategy. Staff are very friendly and efficient making the visit welcoming and memorable. I was lucky to be invited to their 26th anniversary which was a special event including entertainment, free food and drinks. Visit their website to learn of all their features. Nice venue, highly recommended.
