Gavin Park was once a creek. Remnants of the Westbreen Creek can be found elsewhere, and link to this park. At the moment, the park is green and looks inviting. The facilities are good and include shelters and seating. The playground will appeal to children. The BBQ and toilets are useful. The park is becoming popular now that the weather is warming up

Shore Reserve has quirky playground equipment that will please children of all ages.. It's quite a big park, as suburban parks go, with enough space for teens to kick a ball. The BBQ is available for all. It's a good place for a picnic, with lots of facilites. For those who travel by public transport, the tram stops nearby. There's also a public toilet. By the way, Shore Reserve is an off-leash dog park, please remember to pick up any doggy droppins.

Mitchell Reserve is in Reynard St, Pascoe Vale. It is reasonably big park, large enough to kick a football. The playground is adequate for younger children. The park is well-grassed, it's a good place to walk your dog. Dogs must be on leash, and can't go near the playground. For off-leash venues, check on-line or with the Moreland City Council. Park users need a permit for personal fitness group training. For other events, check with Moreland City Council first. Mitchell Reserve is conveniently located if you live iin Pascoe Vale, it's near Reynolds Parade and Coonans Hill.
