A great place for observing the fall hawk migration.
Originally built as part of the coastal fort system ,This park was purchased by Baltimore city in the late 1920s after it was shuttered as a military fort. Both batteries still remain but are not accessable. Some fun history of the park and area in general is the "White rock island " Off of the coast of the park is the root of the name of the patapasco river (patapsaco is white rocks in algonquin) So its worth a visit to see the beauty of this park .

I have been eating seafood for almost 74 years of my life. Fifer's is one of our four best places to go for seafood! Seafood is no longer as cheap as it used to be, but you get what you pay for and you get a good selection also. They have crab, scallops, shrimp, various kinds of fish, most are either broiled or fried (your choice normally) and the food is always first class. The sides are also good, many of which you can get takeout from the deli counter. My wife and I always buy some of the macaroni salad with shrimp in it to go home and sometimes we get the cole slaw too. They have a good selection of beers on tap and in a bottle too. And yes, it is basically a bar, but then most of the great seafood places I have visited were bars with a restaurant attached or they were what used to be called "Fish Camps" and were normally family gathering places with picnic tables and beer on tap.
Join us for family paint night on Fridays. What better way to bond as a family while creating a beautiful work of art that will last a lifetime.

It's been a short while since I've played mini golf there. It was great. The kids loved it, but they wanted to hit the driving range just before a storm hit. We will definitely need another trip to play! Well worth the money.
