Paramus (/pəˈræməs/ pə-RAM-əs, with the accent on the second syllable) is a borough in Bergen County, New Jersey, United States. As of the 2010 United States Census, the borough's population was 26,342, reflecting an increase of 605 (+2.4%) from the 25,737 counted in the 2000 Census, which had in turn increased by 670 (+2.7%) from the 25,067 counted in the 1990 Census. A suburb of New York City, Paramus is located 15 to 20 miles (24 to 32 km) northwest of Midtown Manhattan and approximately 8 miles (13 km) west of Upper Manhattan. In 2013, it was named as a "New Jersey Healthy Town" under the state's Mayor's Wellness Campaign. The Wall Street Journal, has characterized Paramus as the Quintessential Suburb with small town charm.

Bergen County Zoo in Van Saun Park is a wonderful place for people of all ages. Great zoo with all kinds of animals, train ride, pony ride, carousel, picnic area and acres of walking trails. This is located in Paramus, NJ accessible to mass transportation .

Saw the tower while walking along Saddle River County Park path. Just keep walking along the path to get to it. A little eerie when passing under Route 4. Good place to sit and rest along the way. People have probably passed by many times but never stoped to check it out. Rumor has it the tower's haunted!

We wanted to do something adventurous and fun that would not be dependent on the weather cooperating. What a terrific activity,allowing you the feeling of flying without having to actually jump out of a plane!! It was the first time the four of us (ages 17-47) ever tried sky diving and we will definitely return. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Garden state Plaza is one of the largest malls in the country. In addition to such flagship stores as Macys and Lord & Taylor, there are many other great places to shop, like Northface, Timberland, and Godiva. there is also a 16 screen movie theater with stadium seating and IMAX shows.

Went to Whole Foods, Disney store and Sticky’s. Satisfied with Whole Foods and Disney store. At Sticky’s we got the classic sandwich basket ($9.84) - it was average. I recommend the strawberry lemonade! It is fantastic! It was on the small size and it cost 3.05 but sooooo worth it! I wish I would have bought more to drink later.
