Visited this morning and loved it. The spa is warm, friendly and I felt comfortable being there alone. Emma on Spa Reception was very helpful getting me booked in then I added on a back massage with Caitlin - great! I feel a lot better afterwards :)

I regularly take my great grandchildren for a couple of hours...they absolutely love it...there is a huge play area with a curly slide and a long one as well, and also a football play area for a kick about with a ball..there is also a small area for under 3's, This last weekend our 7 year old Gt grandson had his birthday party in one of the themed rooms and he had a great time with his friends...he was the King of the Castle for a couple of hours...It is a very busy popular place and your time is limited to 2 hours if it is busy...I have a job to get our little ones out so 2 hours flies by !!! we always make use of the cafe and the meals are quickly served...nothing fancy ...pizza, chicken nuggets, beans, chips and sandwiches...always something tempting on the special board...

Visited here with the dogs it’s a great walk and more so it’s free. Depending on when you go depends on footwear. Winter dats definitely need wellies or walking boots. There is a climb but if you take your time it’s fine. Not suitable for wheel chairs though. I can’t find anything to moan about as it’s a beautiful place, there is Pendle hill in the background a few nice welcoming pubs. Great outdoors and fresh air. The heart of Pendle witches. Car parking is a £1 all day. What more do you want. It beats sitting In doors playing on computers and watching tele. Some people just like to moan about anything even when it’s free fresh air :-)
