I missed the little sign and turned around before I got there thinking I was going the wrong way when the sign showed Dead End. It was just a little farther. There are three 60' waterfalls there. Picnic tables near the parking area with plenty of trees. The first waterfall, (French Hill Falls) is a very nice waterfall and it's also where the trail ends. To get to Grimes Falls, you have to follow the creek up. Crossing it a couple times walking along the edges. It's well worth the wet feet when you see the falls. The third one I never made it to as you have to follow the climbing ropes over Grimes Falls and follow the creek a little farther and getting over Grimes Falls is a pretty steep climb

Bristol Valley Theater presents dynamic professional theater in the heart of the scenic Finger Lakes. Top-notch talent, small town charm! We feature 6 plays and musicals over the course of the summer as well as concerts and other events in the Spring and Fall.
We were there of the recent opening night of "Avenue Q" which my son is there preforming in and found it to be a delightful venue for plays. An old church that uses pews for seating, it is a small and intimate setting. That being said, let me assure you although the venue is small, the talent is HUGE!!! Wonderful cast with more talent in one place that you can imagine! Go and enjoy a show if you are in the area!

A lovely park, with a couple of pavilions with indoor tables, kitchen facilities, lots of grass for the kids to play, and two outdoor charcoal grills. We had about 40 there for a reunion, with a constant supply of food done on the grills and in the kitchen by willing hands. It was an ideal location for such an event. Even a shower in the mid afternoon didn't slow things down, because there was plenty of room inside!

Stopped here, have read many great reviews about this winery. Was not disappointed. Met with, I believe, the daughter of the owner of winery. She was very friendly and inviting. She explained how they achieved the flavors of their wines. Also shared the story behind the Rhine Street wine labels, very interesting. $3 for 6 tastes (applied to purchase of 2 wine bottles) but we had a wine trail passport (can get from any winery on the Canandaigua trail for $10) so our tasting was free.

Naples is a lovely community with a number of worthy places to explore. But it is about grapes. Even the fire hydrants are purple. And, perhaps especially, it is about grape pie. If you haven't tried it, you must. Yes, there is more than one place to get grape pie in Napes, and we tried two of them. Both good. But Monica's is the one we went back to a second time. Delicious! Monica's has other kinds of pie, too, but really, you gotta try grape at least once. There also are jams and other related items. We especially like the purple raspberry jam. Brought extra home with us.

Smaller than grimes glen in naples, this gully is still just as beautiful. Great for familys to enjoy. I suggest hiking only as far as you are comfortable with, because the steep walls and the falls are a bit dangerous. The hike is in the creek so be prepared to get wet and a little dirty. Hike with someone else to be safe. It has been a while since I last hiked here, probably 5 years, but I drive past the area often.
