A great small craft brewery, all beers locally brewed. Try the tasting paddle , I'm a fan of the Alpine ale. If beers not your fancy they have local alcoholic apple cider and wine. Foodwise they have meat and cheese platters , nachos, burgers and olives. The burgers are excellent try the chicken fillet burger and for something different the veggie burger with the wagu beef patty is excellent. Also the warm olives are great. After an awful 2020 , why not support the locals in 2021. Highly recommended, you won't be disappointed, you will only be disappointed if you don't go.

Park the car opposite the falls entrance, then cross the road to begin the walk which follows the Kiewa River for much of the way. The walk is easy and pleasant, with great rewards at the end. There are a few viewing areas, but the best is the last one, where you will have to climb some stairs to get your reward. As we walked along the track we could hear the thunderous roar of water, and knew that it was going to be spectacular. At one point you cross a metal bridge and from here you get great views of the rushing Kiewa River under your feet and along the river bed. Getting There: From Bright it is 47km, from Mount Beauty 19km and from Bogong 5km along highway C531 High Plains Road.

Just do it! Trip advisor wants 100 words to describe this, but it is not worth it. This is a simple wayside stop to the Mount Bogong from next to the main road.
