A visit to the Basilica is worth taking as it over looks the Mirimachi River. A very imposing structure with arches and stained glass offers a great photo opportunity.

Beautiful trails with even better views of the water. There's a headless nun tour that is really interested typically offered each year too, it walks you through the trails and tells you the story based on the different locations. I love this place in the fall for pictures, all the trees and the water makes for a beautiful background and there is enough of them spaced out well enough that they can still comfortably be used this year with not much concern of being around others!

Awesome place to visit for everyone to enjoy during the summer months in New Brunswick. Had a great time taking a boat tour (times are listed so worth checking these). There is a safe splash zone for young children and fantastic ice cream cones at the nearby store. Worth noting that there are special out door events and live entertainment taking place in the evening and Sundays! Worth checking with the tourist office to make sure if the times and dates as these are weather permitting A really enjoyable afternoon enjoyed by all the family.
