We carried out the project of Recovery of the Vineyard of Manilva. Visits in Spanish and English lenguaje. The visit begins by reviewing the wine history of Manilva, viewing a video and touring the 3 rooms: Viticulture, local winemaking and Harvest (harvest and festivals). Afterwards visit the Nilva Winery (located in the same building CIVIMA) where the process of modern production of the wines compared to the traditional process is compared. The visit ends at the vineyard of the Peñoncillo, located in the outskirts of Manilva and where the ecological cultivation and the different tasks that are carried out in each time of the year are explained. The wine tasting and apetizer can be done in the vineyard if the weather permits. If not, it is done in the CIVIMA. These visits must be booked in advance.
Wow what a find, what a place and what passionate people, this tour and tasting must not be missed. Fran was our guide and as a local man talking about his place of work, he couldn’t be better at his job or more passionate about the produce. You’ll learn a lot about the history and heritage of Manilva and have a great time enjoying great wine in fantastic surroundings and all for €20 a head! Don’t wait just book a tour and enjoy yourselves, we WILL be back

Three friends and I (18 years old) had a great two hour boat trip which included seeing dolphins up close, a tour of the area including the local harbour (Sotogrande) and a thrilling ride in pairs on a raft being towed from the boat. Blair was a friendly and experienced host and we all had an amazing time.
