The Shakespeare Theatre of New Jersey (formerly called "New Jersey Shakespeare Festival") is one of 25 professional theatres in the state. One of the leading Shakespeare theatres in the nation — serving 100,000 adults and children annually — it is New Jersey's largest professional theatre company dedicated to Shakespeare's canon and other classic masterworks. Through its productions and education programs, the company strives to illuminate the universal and lasting relevance of the classics for contemporary audiences.
Christmas plays until December 29 at the Kirby Theatre on the campus of Drew University. The Shakespeare Festival ends its season with a beautifully rendered production of Dickens "A CHRISTMAS CAROL". Delight in all the past memories of Christmas past, the sadness of Christmas present and the fear of Christmas to be. Relish the transformation of Ebeneezer Scrooge as he morphs from a mean, stingy old man into a man many years younger in spirit and full of hope and giving to those in need. Whether on film or on stage, Scrooge's transformation is always a joy to behold. As always, with this brilliant group of actors, directors and designers, the evening or matinee leaves the audience with the pleasure of having been a part of a great theatrical experience.. Still time to catch this wonderful Christmas tradition. No humbug this!

At first we thought it was an old church, but it was a former library. We visited on a bitterly cold day in January and had the museum all to ourselves. The stained glass windows are a treat themselves. Be sure to read the inspirational quotes that each window has. Allow yourself about an hour or so to see and read everything on exhibit. Madison is a nice town that has a main street with lots of shops and restaurants so you can easily make an afternoon of it.

I have been to many escape rooms and most are fine, however this company really makes the games fun and every location is so different. I have been to their Hackensack location which is the best place to go for a fun time with friends as they have slme amazing events like Rage Room and Knockerball, Axe throwing and Paintball. The Escape Rooms here are my favorite, the cabin is so cool. The puzzels, the set design, the staff is spot on helping witb subtle hints so you feel like you are doing well and completing things instead of being spoonfed. In hope they open more rooms, PLEASE!

We had a blast! We are seasoned escape room people and this one was up there! We did the Wonka escape room and it was really cool. The puzzles were challenging fun! The wonderful game master named Laura was absolutely so friendly, sweet and helpful! She started out giving us a free "birthday" clue for our son's 13th birthday and then gave us another free one for my husband dressing up as willy wonka! They owner found out and upgraded us to free clues the whole game!! We only needed a few but it was so great to feel important!!! It was a very vibrant and fun room! We hope to return again and bring some friends!!!!
