My parents were taking me there when I was 3 or 4 years old , I am 56 years old so I have been camping and swimming and having a wonderful time going there for over 50 years. my wife and I took our kids there and have such wonderful memories there and hope to make more trips to there . Our last years camp there was very wonderful until I was talking to the park ranger and the camp host , by the way were very friendly and very helpful . They told us that even though a lot of repairs have been done to the park there were talk about letting the park go back to the forest. it broke my heart to hear of any such notion. I hope and pray funds are found to keep the park open for families to enjoy it. its a safe clean park with all ages to enjoy.
