Jaorzyna has a nice microclimate so it is possible to ski when there is no winter in other parts of Poland. The ski resort is very close to a nice city of Krynica Górska. There are sveral ski lifts and gondole tram. It is posiible to rent ski equipment and hire an isntructor

The kids enjoyed the trip up and down the funicular railway. Up at the top are the slides; a restaurant selling basic fodder and playing Disco Polo music; little shops selling plastic stuff from the Far East; and great views. It's actually great fun.

Lovely place in the center of city, surrounded by great green lush Gardens, Kryniczanka creek and old pretty spa buildings including so call "Stary Dom Zdrojowy". Unfortunately this place is every year, during peak season devastated by unscrupulous "masters" of Economic Forum. Flower beds are ruined by construction of tents, parts of Deptak is fenced and instead of music you hear noise of hammers, saw and other equipment. Pitty that this is allowed by city mayor

The museum was small and the price was more than I had expected, but it was a charming little spot, with a very nice gift shop.

Our hotel was next to the ropes course, so we really liked the location ;)
On a more serious note, the place was well thought of, with good equipment, friendly staff. Our kids loved it and enjoyed the junior and low tracks. Can't say a bad word about the place. Even in the high season in good weather with more tourists around you did not feel the crowds.
I expect it might be seen as expensive if you plan to walk all tracks and buy it for the whole family, so maybe a family ticket would be an option?

We have visited this museum in the summer of 2014. The museum makes a very static impression. The exposition consists of a number of photos, documents, paintings and sketches of the artist.
During the visit there is a possibility to watch a documentary movie about Nikifor.
The lighting of the rooms is not of a high quality. Some photos are hanging on the walls in the shadow, making it difficult to watch. Another disadvantage is a museum shop. It doesn't offer anything besides a few postcards. Last but not least, there is no place for children where they could learn something about art in an interactive manner.

Newly redecorated, much much nicer then old one. Mineral waters good as always but be careful with "Zuber" as might be smelly. New kids play area and 2 new bars. Nice and quiet.

We invite you to the 741 m peak, located in the heart of Krynica, and onlooking the Promenade. Gora Parkowa is actually one big park – a Spa Park. It is a truly enchanting place, with many beautiful spots, ideal for walking, relaxation and rest. You can reach the top in our cable car.

This is one of many noble buildings located at the Krynica's heart - street dubbed Deptak. Currently undergoing refurbishment it's main purpose is to be a spa hotel with many mineral water based treatments available. The front of the building has been let to local shops selling everything from local produce to huge range of chocolates. Most tourists admire this place only from the outside while walking down the high street.
